Heather takes over as the new, "temporary" host, until Art returns

Some of the stuff came from Telos. I don’t even know if that is still used. They might have dropped the satellite stuff once they lost all of the affiliates. Not sure if the rest of the stuff belonged to Art or Keith.

Hell, we bought 20 acres in the desert for $13k.  Lots of desert trees and shrubs on it too unlike the totally barren Mars-like landscape of the Bell plot.   There's also a town with everything you need nearby as well so it's not like it's just the wastelands.  One acre for $7k seems expensive to me.

This one acre is in a subdivision, within city limits with city services like school bus, utilities on site (trash pickup, electricity, gas, water, cable), curbs on the street and police patrol. An improved acre in town will always be priced at a premium over unimproved property outside city limits.

Why isn’t he just cutting her off? Fear of no future work is understandable but eventually he would find something. Being dictated and stalling his own progression to move forward is sick. Though that’s on him to give her that power or not. It’s obviously a big issue as now he’s on Twitter discussing it publicly. Would be great if he agreed to join a future GabCast.
