I'd bet money it's the Telos microwave internet/phones crapping out occasionally. Even the best rural internet links work 99% of the time.

Supposedly in an interview she did on an afternoon show on KTOX. A handful of people heard it but nobody bothered dumping the stream. The radio station was contacted but they don't record their shows either.
