Erin Moran, the star of television’s Happy Days, died in Indiana on Saturday, EW has confirmed. She was 56.
The actress was just 14 in the 1970s when she was cast as Ron Howard’s younger sister, Joanie Cunningham, on Happy Days, and later continued with the character on the spin-off, Joanie Loves Chachi, which lasted for just two seasons between 1982 and 1983. Roles that followed include The Love Boat and Murder, She Wrote. Moran’s most recent acting credit was in 2010’s Not Another B Movie.

Apparently, she was stage 4 cancer. So, if it was an OD it may have been intentional.

Yes, I saw the news that she apparently had stage 4 throat cancer and was having a difficult time with the treatment so that could be the case.  They're supposed to have done an autopsy so whatever the sad case is, they'll find out.

Up All Night

R.I.P. Jonathan Demme

The Silence of the Lambs was a phenomenon in 1991. People from all walks of life were talking about it. One of those rare films that has "word on the street" quality to it. Like Alien did in 1979.

His Masterpiece!

I think it may have been too much for him to take when the Bellgab Silence of the Lambs sequel fell through.  ;)

I am pretty sure albrecht will know who Racehorse Haynes is.

Oh yeah. He was famous. Interesting the article failed to mention that his defense of T. Cullen Davis was also made into a "made for tv" movie which starred another blond bombshell, this time Heather Locklear. A movie was also made about Price Daniels, Jr's alleged murder by his second wife (former DQ waitress) called "Bed of Lies." Racehorse defended and got her off.
His famous quote about defense strategy:
"Say you sue me because you say my dog bit you. Well, now this is my defense:

        My dog doesn't bite.
And second, in the alternative, my dog was tied up that night.
And third, I don't believe you really got bit.
        And fourth, I don't have a dog."

Seeing rumors that the Duke of Edinburgh has died.   Guess we'll see if all the internet buzz is accurate soon enough.

Well, he said he wanted to reincarnate as a deadly virus. I'd say that appropriately represents his personality.  ;)

Both SV and YP have been AWOL. Is one of them the Duke?

Dunno but I find it a fascinating prospect.  Just think royalty could have been busting Falkie's balls literally for years now.

That would still be a suitable turn for him.  ;)

Saw a report that Buckingham Palace is denying that Prince Philip has died.  He did an event today and looked fine so he wasn't ill.

They called a special meeting with SV and YP to discuss their intimate knowledge of Trump's motivations and to reestablish relations with Michael Savage.

They should probably invite Art to the meeting while they are at it since Savage will be discussed.  Where's bobo when you need him?  Maybe they could film the meeting and post it under Ted Healy Art Bell and The 3 Stooges on youtube.

Much ado about nothing.  Prince Philip is retiring from cutting ribbons, breaking champagne bottles and waving in the fall!   Why a meeting was called in the middle of the night has me flummoxed.

Because we will now all be missing some great comedy. He was the funniest royal ever, despite his NAZI sympathizing past. Classic lines!

They just announced on NBC during the hockey game. "Died in his sleep" they said but no real cause of death. Geez, so young.

Maybe they ran away together. You could cut the sexual tension with a knife when those 2 replied to each other's posts.
