Every now and then it is good to be reminded that was only 100 years ago.  Unreal to think that the 19th amendment is not even a century old...

Some "expert" or "researcher" needs to jump on this! Would make great radio show.

No doubt.  A man who was still popular and could influence public opinion and possibly influence elections cut down in the prime of his life by
A fast acting poison?
A time traveler?
A blatant assassination?  (Were there any reliable photos of his bed chamber after they stabbed him with an ice pick?)

Interesting.  The background of that cartoon reminds me a little of the wallpaper on my computer.  Dead trees, bombed out buildings and crosses. (My wallpaper does not have the "watermarks.")

Indeed.  The crosses are eerily similar in both the photo and the drawing.

Welcome back!  Believe it or not, I was wandering around in the archives yesterday and saw some of your posts.  I actually wondered to myself what ol' swordpoint9 was up to.

Yes, K, I was struck by the use of the word joshing too.  Also, "This beats the hell out of the chrome business," quote from the earlier news item.  Oh the things we learn from 100 years past!
