I hate to be contrary, but all this proves is that Kathy filed.  The judge did not accept it.  Most judges are rather lenient in restraining order cases, since it's civil, not criminal.  Even so, the request was not only not denied, or proven, it says it was dismissed.  Could be she didn't show up on the court date.  Even if she lacked transportation or got sick on the court date, she could have re-filed.  Most places allow you that at least once or twice in a certain time frame, even if they waive the fees due to poverty.

I said he had been charged with it, I didn't say what the outcome was. There's also at least one video where he and Kathy were in the car where she said something like "don't hit me" or "stop hitting me".

BTW, as an aside, I originated "So Say We All" (from "Battlestar Galatica")
in the Haven Thread - BellGab, in early 2014 - 15.  Just so ya know. ;) ;D
