Yeah, I fail to see the reason the theft report didn't make the call log on the date of the crime. The only possibility would be since it's an open investigation and the item stolen was valued at $1000 (according to falkie) that would make the case a grand theft. Maybe that is the reason otherwise I smell something very fishy....

I can't watch the jackass bellowing and bitching.  I know one lady  who just got done her third major back surgery (putting cages around the pins that hold her vertebrae apart and literally hold her in an upright position.)  One month in the hospital and 6 months of physio later and she is starting back part time on her way to full time (oh, and shes nearing 60.)

Another had her foot nearly severed in the 1980's.  Several pins later and she works full time and waterskis (her back foot has to be a half binding because it is permanently pinned in a position like she is wearing high heels.)

So, his carpal tunnel and injured hips just don't hold up.  They are great excuses- and that is all.  I'm not saying that I wish injuries on anybody- but some people manage to live their lives despite pain- and if he really wants to compare the X-ray of his fractured hip to "Sandra's" frankensteined back, he would loose.  The surgeon did not call her name for several hours until she asked if she could have her assessment the first time because there was "nobody in the waiting room in a wheel chair", and after reviewing her X-rays, there was no way that she would not be in one... And that was the first of three surgeries.

I suppose I should donate to his "carpal tunnel" fund.  :

I would wager your acquaintances NEVER mentioned various parts of their anatomy "talking to them"..after which the "screamed out in pain"..
I have had two very close family members in similar situations...
THEY are a testament to living ! NOT BITCHING !
my mother NEVER COMPLAINS....
finally, I accompanied her to her PCP and requested we find out what is going on...
he shared, she NEVER asked for pain pills, she NEVER complained, in fact always said "I am fine" at her regular appointments...
I noticed a problem
after her hips and back X-rays and cat scans, the two physicians wondered how she is walking..
her hip was the worst they had seen
replaced Sept 16
her back.. a nightmare...4 discs..SI joint...scoliosis...arthritis..
epidurals no good
trial 8 injections for radio frequency nerve ablation...
she walked back to her exam room crying...no pain
that is my Mom !
and she is 86 years young...AND WALKS NOT WADDLES DAILY...ACTIVE SOCIAL SCHEDULE...MANY FRIENDS...AND ONE HELL OF A CARD AND BINGO PLAYER !!
