What's that about Greek myths?  Mayhap there was a Trojan War and an Agamemnon, Hector, Helen and Achilles.  Very interesting article about recent archaeological discoveries in Greece.

At first I wondered why you called this the Bellgab Ancient History thread, because the first part pretty much describes a typical day here.

Interesting and pain-staking work. As for some comedy....
Some things never change in Greece:

This is the best lecture I've seen on this subject with a lot of stuff I haven't heard.  5 years old, though.
