A week or so ago (show about Antartic shenanigans) Clyde shut down "Annie from Alabama." She was on about something and got into her claim of the lost millions she was supposed to inheirit due to identity theft.
She told the same BS story on Noory. Included her desire for an "analog woe-sher" and how her aunt made her millions on (stolen?) chinese antiquities

Completely unchallenged/un-muffled by Noory of course.  I think he likes trolling the mentally ill (much like the guest he had on the other night) by indulging their madness

It's hard to credit the taste of someone who feels that putting dragon tattoos on a girl is a mistake.

There's something wrong with you people.

I don't think I could name 1 classic/unforgettable Art Bell Dark matter or MITD show

I don't think he was digging in his filing cabinet. Unless that's a euphemism I'm unaware of

That these two persistently call each other girlfriend and boyfriend, now in their 60s, tells you all you need to know about maturity level. They simply aren't adults and shouldn't be treated as such.
what's your opinion on "child bride"

I don't have an exact date for when it went off the air on WTWW. In mid July it started to get sporadic(only 2 or 3 shows a week.) I'm guessing Bob Crane signed up for a year as it's cheaper that way. By August it was gone for good. Girl Noory told callers she had no idea what was going on with WTWW, and Ted the owner/operator wouldn't return her emails. So either a) she lied to callers and defamed WTWW in the process or b) the MITD braintrust/C Crane decided to let it slide and not pursue legal action for paid airtime/breach of contract.

Frankly I'm bewildered how C Crane stays in business, let alone has the budget for airtime and ads. There can't be a huge market for radios these days. I'm guessing his target market is the elderly who haven't figured out online shopping

Barring a visit from George, I'd at least like to hear a conference call with Area51Drone and OLG so that canard can finally be put to rest

I've gone back through 3-4 episodes and didn't hear it either, so perhaps it wasn't that show. And after listening to a few episodes I thought the format of the one I heard seemed different than Ham Nation. The program I heard where Art was mentioned was just 2 old guys talking about the rude behavior and language of some operators. I'm sorry I don't have more info, but I was busy with something else, half-listening (technical ham-speak is foreign to me).
Probably the QSO podcast They broadcast on WTWW. Same station MITD was on til Bob Crane stopped paying for air time

I don't think anybody would have complained if Art had said "You know what I gave it my best these last 5 months but my heart just isn't in it anymore and I'd like to focus on my family and health instead of interview a carousel of charlatans that haven't changed their act since 1997"

Sure there are a few (mostly American)lids on ham radio, but for the most part there are plenty of decent folk willing to ragchew about their gear, prostates or the weather(or all 3)

Take well known ham Dr Bob Heil for instance(inventor of the Heil "Talk box" popularized by Peter Frampton) When the subject of Art comes up at 5:35 he gets in a nice little dig, chuckles and then moves on. A real gent, no crass jokes like Savage

I need approximately 86 cans for the outdoor kitties and 30 of Fancy Feast for my indoor ones for the month.

George, please don't just dump the cat food on the curb. The residue of that shit is attracting every raccoon within a mile. As others have mentioned, feral outdoor cats will gladly eat anything including dry food and despite what you think, is less likely to attract raccoons

We will be sending more information on the special 2-day program on Remote Viewing and a listener participation experiment. So look for that in a couple days.

Heather, Keith and Michelle
Michelle in Japan?

I guess the days of worrying about Noory poaching her guests are over. 2 days of remote viewing...what could possibly go wrong

Ironic that Art himself brought more attention to the comments than when Savage originally said them. Perhaps Art could sue himself.

Is this the kind of lawsuit where the loser has to pay the other guy's legal fees?
