Someone called today and caller ID said ''Illegal Scam'' and the number.

Things are looking up when crooks are complying with the truth in advertising laws.

The CEO (who is a real piece of work) of the outfit I work for was in town today.  Us grunts were pretty stoked.  Big Mamma doesn't
come down to Dixieland very often but she was taking the time to come and visit little ole us here in NC.  Wowzers!

This morning some corporate hack came by and informed us that the plan was to have her tour the floor of our building, so that some of the minions could be observed toiling away for the greater glory of the company.   That got everyone's attention.  The excitement was electric!

Of course it all turned to shit in one hell of a hurry.  The hack laid down the law:  Do not approach her.   Do not speak to her unless she
speaks to you first.  If you do speak to her,  be upbeat and optimistic.  Most importantly, do not look her in the eye directly.  WTF?

Let's just say it did not go well for the Hack.  Things got so rowdy they eventually just cleared the floor for the tour and told us to go away.

This clip was discussed at length as the perfect representation of the whole goat screw:

That commie wet mojado  Ocasio who got herself elected in NYC!...

Not yet she didn't.

If I were her opponent in the general election, I'd be talking about her closest political advisor every day from now until the election.  A person who she only distanced herself from today.  Routine anti-Semitic comments, routine use of the N word to describe blacks who don't support her, all sorts of other unacceptable commentary about all sorts of people.

That she only now threw him under the bus isn't good enough.

Just trying to prevent this from becoming the dreaded echo-chamber. With posters like pud and TL you're only going to get frustrating talking points and when you call them on it they change the subject. He's not like that exactly and can usually at least provide a worthy argument.

I'm not sure I need to hear from these people at all.  It's a religion for them, and they are fanatics.  I have yet to hear an original thought from one.  They all say the same thing all the time.  They simply repeat what they hear inside the bubble and tell themselves that's what critical thinking is.  It's such a convoluted distorted mess that I seldom hear anything resembling political self awareness, or anything related to the real world.  They aren't really even aware of the details of anything other than what they are spoon fed, and trust that wholeheartedly - if they do hear it, it's dismissed so quickly it's as if they are afraid of their religious beliefs challenged.  One might as wall be telling an uncontacted stone age tribe in the Amazon that the rocks and hills don't have spirits.  As a group in this country, they've done much damage.  The people guiding them are destroying the country intentionally.

I can easily find anything they have to say straight from the source - the media.  In fact it's more difficult to avoid than to find.  This country would be very much better off if we removed them from power and ignored them.

No, Donny John, you trigger crackers.

Detentions at the border, the Supreme Court decision on the travel ban, a new Supreme Court nominee.

Yes, the ''crackers'' are being triggered again.  I wonder if Scmuck Chumer and Nancy Pelosi realize  they're crackers.

I think Heather is confusing grief with not having an experienced host / producer to lean on for advice...

I think she's using it to continue the notion that somehow he passed the legacy mantle to her.  And of course to use as her go-to excuse, and to garner sympathy.

In other words it's a manipulation.

Are you saying she's stuck in a dead end job she hates, like... Noory?

... think back, slow Kathy has asked various women’s support groups to help her file a RESTRAINING ORDER against FAT FALKIE...

We've seen the links to the court cases.  We've watched Falkie talk about the inconvenience of getting up and taking public transportation to plead his case before a judge.

Was Kathy lying then, or now.  Hint, there's a car fund on the line now - and perhaps another free cat.

Mostly. You don't think there will be anti-Trump push back in the Senate?

From the Rs?  The only possible idiots on a SCOTUS vote would be McCain, Corker, and/or Collins.  If he vote is held before the election, enough Ds up for re-election from non-kook states would have no choice but to vote in favor.

If Trump nominates a reasonable person, another Neil Gorsuch-type, it should be in the bag

He should narrow the list to candidates that this senate has already approved for an appeals or district court and hold each of them accountable to their previous votes in the midterms if they change their vote for this appointment.

Agreed.  Very sound.

So, the Dems have vowed to Bork any supreme court nominee that Trump picks. I wonder how that will work out for them? :D

Still think everyone in DC but Trump are all ''the same''?

That's going to be a bit more difficult when they don't control the Senate.  They'll have to do it from outside - the fake news media, angry violent protesters, etc.  McConnell should let them show the country what they really stand for all summer, and hold the vote the night before the elections

As far as the guy's own awareness of himself, he has none. He is totally unaware of what a lying, abusing and conniving person he really is. His own videos, which he voluntarily publishes online, are living proof of that  But as always, he fails to even see that...

That is the question.  How much of it is lack of self awareness, and how much is calculated

And by the way, Justice Kennedy was horrible.  Appointed by Reagan to replace his original pick - Robert Bork - Kennedy was the swing vote on so many issues decided incorrectly and wrongly, issues which favored the Left.  Disgusting.  (And no, not all issues favoring the Liberal position are wrong)

Almost anyone Trump appoints will be an upgrade.

Now heads will explode and armies will march on both sides. Anthony Kennedy has retired.
I say Ted Cruz for the Supreme Court. The Senate will confirm him to get rid of him.

Trump and the Rs have been handed a great gift.  The timing on this is perfect - if they use it wisely.

In the run-up to the mid term elections, they need to make the case for the conservative Constitutionalist Trump needs to appoint.  In doing so, it will dominate the political discussion, which the Ds hoped to distract from with their usual dishonest emotional appeals.

When reminded of why the country was founded on the principles it was founded on, and shown the kooky violent disgusting Left as the alternate, the elections will crush the Ds.  Again.  But it won't happen by itself, the Rs have to go out and make the case.

Supreme Court deals huge blow to democrat party/union monopoly. This is the first step in the people taking back California from the left.

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2018/06/27/us-supreme-court-deals-blow-to-labor-unions-ruling-5-4-that-public-sector-unions-may-not-collect-mandatory-fees-from-non-members.html

I don't think government employees should be able to unionize, period.

Unlike the private sector, where management represents the shareholders and has incentive to hold down costs, when dealing with public sector unions no one at the bargaining table represents the people ultimately paying the freight - the taxpayers.

The people representing ''management'' are sent there to curry favor with the unions - for campaign funds and votes - not to negotiate a fair agreement.  And we're left holding the bag:  we end up with an entrenched bureaucracy, which demands an ever larger government; incompetent unresponsive employees who can't be fired; grotesque pay, benefit and pension packages, which are creating massive debts and massive unfunded liabilities at all levels of government.

And with all that comes the intrusive, top down, interference in our lives, and, ultimately, runaway inflation and bankruptcy.

A lot of folks seem to have developed amnesia for the recent Karen Jackson interview where she stated in no uncertain terms that the stalker had come to her station too and that she called and spoke to Art about it. :-\

She was his personal friend, and believed everything he told her.  If she had some sketchy person hanging around the studio around the same time, it apparently seemed logical to her it would be the same person.  I don't think that follows at all.

Even if Art did have a stalker, there is no way for her to determine it's the same person.  Especially with him changing his story several times.

Look at the excuses the four phony judges on the Supreme Court used for their votes today:

''The ban discriminates against Muslims'', and  ''ignores the facts, misconstrues legal precedent, and turns a blind eye to the pain and suffering the Proclamation inflicts upon countless families and individuals, many of whom are United States citizens.”

None of that violates the law, which is supposed to be their only guide.  Most if not all of it is either a flat out lie on behalf of their Party (''Party First!''), grossly distorted, or - and I'm straining to give them a benefit of the doubt they don't deserve here - their opinion.

There are always losers in any court decision.  Yes, certain people will now be subject to a more thorough vetting - which is appropriate - and will thus have to wait longer to come.  Others won't be able to be cleared - either because their home countries don't keep adequate records, or because those countries don't fully cooperate with US immigration agencies - and they won't be able to come at all.  Certain officials in North Korea and Venezuela and their families will be prevented from coming here period.

No one is entitled to come here.  Americans and our needs and safety come first.  This is our country.  To bad if the dumb Ds don't understand that.
