After 5 years lurking, and giving up smoking 5 months ago, finally I was able to afford the the sign up fee and i think I'm able to continue the astronomical monthly fee to participate in this fine forum.

Man I missed almost all of Bell Gabb tonite, when does the replay go up? I walk about a mile every night just to try and keep in semi shape and it's hot out there.

Yes it was. Good job Gabcasters. For whatever the hell reason the show makes for a fun listen. Especially when MV gets hurt or spills something.

Hey Art - if you wanna have some fun and get some exercise -- check out your local Disc Golf course. That's what my son and I have been doing for a few weeks now and it's a fun way to get some exercise and not realize you're working out while doing it.

According to DGCR - http://www.dgcoursereview.com/browse_map.php?mode=map&szip=73045 - there's a nine hole course in Pahrump on the South side at the Lakeside Casino and there are several more in the Vegas area . I think your wife and daughter would love it - or at least like getting out and having fun with you.

Disc Golf is fun -- and usually free -- and a great way to get outside and get some exercise and have some fun. In fact it's so much fun - you don't even realize you're getting exercise.
