This week along with the initial premature Tony Dow death announcement,  there was also a false report of the death of Michael J. Fox!

I found a recent article that lists the Leave it to Beaver actors that are still alive.

https://www.looper.com/915549/the-only-actors-still-alive-from-the-cast-of-leave-it-to-beaver/

Along with Beaver, his friends Larry, Gilbert, Richard are still alive.
There were a few of Beaver's friends that only appeared a couple times near the end of the series 1962-63. That included a 13 year old friend of Beaver name Mike, that was the first role of an actor that later appeared in the movie "Animal House" as Otter - Tim Matheson! A year later he was the voice of Jonny Quest and after that the voice of one of the young friends of Space Ghost!

Yes mostly Wally, though Beaver and Eddie may have used it once in a while too.

The death was reported of actor Tony Dow at age 77 earlier today, best known as Wally Cleaver in the TV series "Leave it to Beaver"
But a few hours later new reports came out that he was still alive, but near death in hospice from liver cancer.

Next week Noory has scheduled a program where he interviews all the c2cam guest hosts.
Another way for him to be lazy? 8)

Linda Howe is the guest on Jimmy Church's streaming radio show tonight.
Linda hasn't gone on Noory's show for years - they must have had a bad breakup.
Linda recently had her 80th birthday.

Quote from: Juan on July 21, 2022, 12:21:57 PMLast night, sNoory started out pretty good.  He shut up and let the guy talk about demographics.  That deteriorated though.
Yeah then all the regular sad pack callers got on one after the other:
Thomas from La Jolla, Mike the Millenial, Cornelius, etc.

Everyone email George Noory that his favorite haters forum is back! :)

Hoagie managed to get back on the air tonight.
He is imagining that the new Mars rover's flying helicopter like drone will fly over and take pics of ancient Mars ruins from a lost civilization!

Mr.Norway dropped Open Lines early, as usual. But who could blame him. "Joe from Boston" musing about being lonely and then musing on age-of-consent and teacher/student stuff was getting creepy. Especially being 73!

Dave was not knowledgeable of the laws on marriage or age-of-consent, which vary by State and by Country. But pretended he was a lawyer on the subject. He was wrong. Also, Dave didn't mention that the "friend of the show" actor Doug Hutchinson infamously married a barely legal gal decades younger than he- with much drama, controversy, reality shows, and then divorce. Dave should've known because previously he told TOMMEE that Hutchinson gave him his most favorite possession- a nightstick used in the movie "A Green Mile."

Yep I immediately thought of Noory's pal, actor Doug Hutchinson, during that creepy conversation about age 18 vs 16 being legal...

Thank goodness Art is dead and so doesn't know how low the show has sunk.

Last night during open lines there was also a caller that claimed he had been in contact with Art Bell from "the spirit world"
He had a message from Art to Noory that Art now was sorry for the bad things he had said about Noory.
But Noory claimed he never heard Art ever said anything bad about him and that Art had always treated him nicely, though he did say he didn't meet or communicate with Art much at all...  8)
Noory did however tell the caller to send a message to Art that he forgives him!

Tonight Noory has old Lionel Fanthorpe as his guest.
That means Noory will of course have to ask Lionel to tell the story of "Springheeled Jack" for the thousandth time again!

That was over 15 years ago wasn't it?
Probably that bit wasn't popular so Norry just dropped it, like he has done with lots of others years ago...

i can't get enough of Tommy and Noory conversations, Tommy is only slightly more evolved and engaged in the world than George -  the conversations go nowhere, the banter is totally void of wit - following the music conversation George asked Tommy if he'd liked to have lived in Vegas in the 50's, because Tommy had told George he'd started as a big band disk jockey spinning Louis Prima records. Tommy's brilliant response was a dull 'No', Noory asked why 'no', Tommy deadpanned 'I don't want to be buried in the desert' of course Noory didn't really get the reference so Tommy had to tell him.

Another strange conversation between Noory and Tommy last night involved the passing of actor Christopher Plummer.
Tommy told Noory that he never saw Plummer in any movies or heard of him except recently with the news of his passing!
Tommy never once saw "Sound of Music" for example, though its aired on TV a thousand times over the years? :o

Last night, Hoagie couldn't make it thru the whole show.
Just before the last hour he felt really sick, almost throwing up, so he let his crew take over as host to continue with the Rome guest for the rest of the show...

Funny to hear the old gal who gave George shit for taking all the calls from regulars.  She complained they were keeping others from getting on the air.  George's response was they know how to get through.  That could be taken to mean they have a different number to use to call the show.
Yep thats what I figured, that the regular callers have a special number so they can always get in almost every night like MTM, Corny, Barry, Thomas, etc.

Quote from: albrecht on January 30, 2021, 02:36:16 PMAnd he likely doesn't even know that most people who still have a 'landline' it really isn't but VOIP and usually bundled with your internet/cable.
I think when Annie from Alabama called in warning that some landlines are "fake" and go out when the power goes out, unlike "real" landline phones that work without power, the "fake" ones she referred to were in actually VOIP phones...

Also the landline phones working without power only applies to old non cordless phones, Noory didn't mention that either.
However I discovered during the last couple power outages in my area, my smart cell phone still worked fine so I could use it even for watching TV during the outage and I could charge the phone in the car with its battery.

I cancelled my old landline a few years ago and for a home phone now use a google voice compatible VOIP device that plugs into my internet router, then any old landline phones including cordless work with the VOIP device and free calls with a google voice number!

Not on the Paranormal Radio app which is the same thing as well.
Probably because the stream is dead even at the KON website?
Heather apparently isn't bothering with replays now...
