If I was one of madman's backers at the time, I sure as hell wouldn't want people to know I had any part in allowing him to - to all appearances - vaporize himself, let alone have anyone know I had incriminating video footage of the event.

Plus, the witnesses are standing there looking at what sounds like several million dollars worth of equipment with unclear title and a missing Madman.

It's a sad commentary on the fact that so many people's lives are still being ruined by debt.  Debt is slavery.  And people never learn.

I sent a wormhole recommending Madman to seek out a private investigator.  I think with their computerized search tools a PI could sort through all this real quick, and might know more on where his belongings went, on other questions on family, etc. If nothing else this background checking would be wise to support a book.
