I am thankful for the friendship I had, for over a decade, with Michael Vandeven.  The few times I called, he was there.  And though my call was looking for comfort from pain, or confirmation that I was right on some minor detail, he would always bring the conversation around to what was going on with the here-and-now, of right-now.
I am also, and this is a bit selfish on my part, but I am thankful for MV's hunky sexy voice.  What can I say?  I mean, if he read the yellow pages all night, recorded or live, I'd be a very happy camper. 
Yes, there was a bit of a rift a while back, but my heart doesn't seem to recognize it.

I am thankful for Michael Vandeven, and I always will be.

A very special time on Bellgab.  You just don't get that kind of realtime stuff in a relatively educated forum ever.  Thank you, JSS, you are one of a kind.  I hope you got your possessions back.  And thanks for putting up with us, JS.  Y'all were a shining light in a very dark den that day.  My discovery of that entertainment ranked as one of the best discoveries of my life.  Right up there with pet Olympics and Tub Thumper.
