Quote from: albrecht on February 16, 2023, 09:25:22 PMInteresting. Good find. The various depos 'found' earlier were interesting also. Art hired hired high power Hollywood Firms for his various lawsuits, as I recall. Which is why his XM 'no compete' I always thought, basically, bs, since they not hard to get out of and his weirdness at end with the various end of life issues n dramas. He was letigious and smart, so? He dealt with years of legal drama, civil and criminal and then just petered out. Video dating, immigration, radio rights, the obvious one,... maybe he just got tired out?

Yeah I think he couldn't be arsed anymore. I always got the feeling the
Excitement of planning the show and getting the hype out was more fun for him than the reality of the show itself.

Black vault just released their FOIA stuff on paranormal stuff, and Greenwald includes the FOIA stuff he has on Art. The FBI did a lot of investigating on the Oates threats and issues but there's nothing listed after that. An interesting read....ironically redacted all over ;)

I am glad she changed it to invisible. Reading her posts through the years as well as some of the stuff from the hidden threads MV subsequently made visible were very interesting, but I don't think her name on the board needed to be changed (although it was funny).

I suppose it shows she is still alive and that's a good thing. I hope she can remain in her chosen level of obscurity.

Quote from: Roswells, Art on August 09, 2022, 01:21:26 PMOh right, I forgot, she was and apparently still is in denial about a lot of things. Did you notice how quickly she came back to her show after Dave Schraeder got the ghosthunting TV show gig? I don't think that was a coincidence. I bet she thought that should have been her and would have been if she had been doing MitD. A lot of coffee pots were probably broken the day she heard about that missed opportunity. I could be completely wrong though, maybe it really was a coincidence.
She had a stint on one of the History channels Roswell shows and was billed as a UFO Journalist. That was during her long (still running) latest hiatus. Miller reports that she is working at a Pahrump casino, but I have my doubts.

Quote from: Roswells, Art on August 09, 2022, 08:53:04 AMA better platform for her would be onlyfans. Toward the end she had seemingly dropped the pretense of being a paranormal show and it was just her talking about herself and men calling in to console her.

I'm not trying to be a jerk. I don't judge people in that line of work. I just think she doesn't have a thick enough skin to be on youtube and onlyfans is probably set up to deal with trolls. Maybe she hasn't heard of that option since she thought tiktok was appropriate.

Also, nice to see your posts again, Dynamo.
Nice to see you again as well :)

I would be surprised if she DIDN'T have an onlyfans already tbh.

She does crave acceptance within the genre, so YouTube is full of woo shows (not knocking it i like the woo) and she could reach the cat ladies there as well.

There are some in a FB group I am in that are still sending her the 5 bucks a month sub for the KoN shows....

But I would limit the phone calls to 2 hours tops at a time, none of this 12 hour cryfest shitshows.

I feel it would be somewhat strained. However I really do think (and have said a number of times) it is a perfect platform for her.

She could do very well over there. I honestly would give her help if she approached me.

Well its been a while since I posted about anything Heather related...

On a FB group I heard someone who has in the past mentioned they speak to Heather infrequently say that they spoke to her recently and she said she was considering a return on TikTok or YouTube.

Wanting to come back on TikTok shows a misunderstanding of the platform, but YouTubne would work for her once she got to 1k subs as she could accept super chats.

I reached out to the poster and offered to give her some impartial advice, which I doubt she will take. it would be a fun conversation however.

Yes. I left a voicemail. No response. I would assume that means that Grapefruit has dumped me. She insists that I have done things I didn't do, and I insist that the gaslighting comes to an abrupt end. Gasfruit Grapelighting sounds like a fun time and it is completely not. I don't think that I am going to be of much use here on this.

Start with flowers, move up through expensive patisserie and then focus on jewellery.

Obsoleted in psychokineticshielding.blogspot.mib v.51496974. upgrade max sidegrade max HOT.TUB.TIME.MACHINE.MKJC.% with free licence, obtainable with Key.

Not sure that one covers downloads. It’s all so confusing, no wonder she has to take time off to cogitate.

He called me up and exhorted me to do a practice attempt, a rough draft, if you will, and it was almost, but not quite, exactly like I thought it would be, except for the part where he couldn't keep up with my changing the topic away from whatever he wanted to hang me on. Flat Earth? "There's three." "Okay, two Earths, or three, whatever--I don't believe that." "Well, I don't believe I want to talk about glowfag psyops." "Okay, let's talk about how you totally bought the traditional model in the public school system." I am surprised that I made it as long as I did before hitting Eject. "Did you wear glasses? Did you look like a nerd?" Riveting, edge of the seat radio. I am dead flat stunned I ever heard it again... and even more stunned, that I did sound pretty good. Who knows, they fit him with a heavy-duty shock-collar, we might do some duets.

The dude has more recordings than The Beatles. He records everything. I bet he's like Dexter--keeps a little box with flash memory cards filled with the tortured screams of those who, in their final moment, realized that they had been utterly duped. That's probably one of the last things that can still trigger any semblance of a dopamine shudder in whatever he has that passes for a spine.

So I knew he'd be likely to start puking up a bunch of stuff without my consent whenever he felt like it. I assumed so since early on. He seems like that kind of producer. I figured that out for certain when he ambushed me with (Redacted). In short--no, I didn't appear on his show, I was trafficked, and several days before that--I forget exactly when, but on a date when I found out some new information, information that changed the paradigm through which I viewed the whole world, I realized I couldn't do business with this mad lad at all. Not until things have changed. So finding myself plastered all over his shit--I mean, yeah, flattered--but still, unchosen. Now, I can't even choose, he's clearly gone completely off his nut. "
November 11," close, but no cigar.

I'm holding my breath as we speak. Maybe he should try that while listening. Or, maybe he should try listening. I don't see how it could hurt, except for the teeny-tiny chance that listening might lead to learning a new piece of information that might skewer the hot air balloon that is his ego. How fucking fragile can it be? Oh, right: megalomania. There's hope, David. I think it's obvious that you could develop a passion for basket weaving.

I won't be engaging in a Rubini slam poetry fest--damnit, this is why we can't have nice things--but suffice to say I am not impressed, copacetic, or anything less than absolutely nonplussed with my likeness, my name, my idenitity, and my vocal recordings being used without my permission, my consent, without any recompense, any negotiation... or, indeed, any style at all.

You absolutely do not. Why don't you ask him? Drop the phone and make a cuppa, by the time you get back he'll be on his fifth re-telling and be able to include adverbs. I can't recommend this at this juncture. I shouldn't even be posting this? Maybe. I don't know. I don't know what harm can be done by venting my displeasure at witnessing yet another doomed attempt at bullying. This is what my life has become, has it? Fuck, maybe I should just join The Elks.

You’re too much for him.

Well done.
#23
Well that escalated quickly.

Jackstar, did you actually go on the show?

Is there a recording of it?
#24
Late to this shitshow.

Neely is Rubini’s producer?

Let the drama begin......

Well this will be fun for about 3 weeks :)

Not sure if there has been some change in his business model or just a mistake but I noticed KXL is posting longer shows recently. Not sure if the full show but longer than the teasers they did when he went behind the paywall for more freedom in content, supposedly.

I caved and subscribed - I have been listening to close to 10 years so I suppose I kinda owed him. It’s worth noting that on the Paranormal App his show rolls on repeat throughout the day.

It sliced!

Wishing to fully appreciate the effects of aging on this ancient and noble cake (and also because the smell was driving me crazy) I sampled a piece.  While it tastes wonderful, the oats (American steel-cut oats roughly processed per the directions) are still very crunchy and the surrounding matrix very glue-like.   I can imagine how, if the oats are allowed to absorb moisture from the surrounding glue by the leveling principle otherwise noted in these pages (and often called for in older recipes like true pound cake and fruitcakes) the texture might improve significantly.  Otherwise that grit seems likely to pass undigested while the sticky business surrounding it wreaks havoc on my teeth.

It looks pretty good ... hubby has been nibbling away at our version, will post pics on Wednesday when it is officially ok to eat. We didn’t go with lard, but your version looks very similar to mine, it will be interesting to do the taste test tomorrow!

Don’t forget that that Oop North they need food which will keep them going in the sub arctic conditions. Probably explains the need for stodgy at this level.

Glad you liked the archived cookbooks :)

Did you cook the oats first in yours?  And did you using minced candied ginger or powdered?  The latter I am seeing seems to me like a modern refinement and I want the pure old stodge.

Now would be a perfect time for Shreddie to weigh in with some lesser-known delicacies from his watery abode if he wasn't such a toord.

Powdered ginger is what I used, my recipe called for ground ginger, which I took to be the same thing. Didn’t cook the oatmeal beforehand.

Shreddie only eats lark’s tongues - that’s what he would have you believe anyway.

I have not!  Thank you, that's just the sort of thing I like!  I will try one, too.  I think I can get everything.  The grocery store down the street from me carries Lyle's Golden Syrup, albeit in a cheapo squeeze bottle instead of the tiny paint can, and I assume our "steel-cut oats" are somet, hing like the "medium oats" I see in a lot of recipes online.  Do you have a favorite recipe?  What do you wrap it in?

The medium oats is actually oatmeal, so steel cut might not be exactly the same thing. I have wrapped in baking parchment and then foil. It’s sat on the island like a big solid lump at the moment! No fave recipe, I have never had it before, let alone made it as it’s a Northern thing, but hubby is a Wildling so I made it for him, be interesting to see how our respective ones come out!

K_Dubb.... I made Parkin as it is a Guy Fawkes Night tradition for hubby... have you heard of it/made it?

It’s wrapped up and ageing as it should be for 5 days (I was late starting it) so will try and remember to show you when it comes out of it’s pupae ready to be eaten.
