I was thinking that having "INTERNATIONAL Affairs Thread" could serve good purpose for posting
various news items from countries all over the World without creating too many separate threads.

I like the separate Russia thread for example -Russia is very important country on the international scene and it deserves it's own thread,
but for miscellaneous news from around the World this might serve good purpose.
MV,if this is bad idea please move this thread and join with other threads.

adding that “under the guise of ritual ceremonies, these places [harbored] meetings aimed at promoting radical ideology,

The agency also spoke to a man whose eight relatives died in the attack.
Yousuf Mohammed Yousuf showed Ruptly the graves of his brother’s family, including the man’s pregnant wife,
their children and grandchildren, in Fadhiliya village near Mosul.

“The owner of this house was called Amer Mohammed Yousuf, my brother. His family was eight persons.
On October 22, 2016, between 7:30 and 8:00 am, aircraft attacked this area and destroyed this house," Yousuf said.
Kurdish troops fighting in the area as well as local officials have also said the house was destroyed in an airstrike.
Nobody survived as the family home was hit twice during an airstrike, which Yousuf blames on the US-led coalition.
He also showed the ruins that was the home of the deceased family.

"I think they are the NATO, but [I am] not quite sure whether they were French, Canadian or US.
I only know that they hit this area and destroyed everything," he said.**

He added the sides will continue to discuss trade in national currencies - the Turkish lira and the Russian ruble. “That will ensure mutual trade and expand its capabilities,” said Tufenkci.

According to the minister, Russia remains Turkey’s main trading partner and Moscow’s decision to lift the ban on some fruit imports from Turkey is a very important step in restoring relations.
Following the downing of a jet last November, Moscow imposed sanctions on Turkish goods, fruit and vegetables, as well as travel restrictions and reintroduced visa rules for Turkish people. As a result of the measures trade between the countries contracted 25 percent to $23 billion.**

The T-14 Armata was developed as a replacement to the cancelled T-95 MBT.
The whole project was kept in high secrecy. First mock-up was revealed to Russian military officials in 2013.
Trials commenced in 2014. The new MBT was first publicly revealed in 2015.
A first batch of 12 to 32 pre-production tanks was delivered to the Russian Army in 2015.
