She seems pretty genuine to me and does not even sound particularly bitter, possibly because it was a over forty years ago.  She sounds very casual about it all.  If true it does suggest he was a malignant narcissist.  Perhaps if so his training of Heather was not so much in Art but as a prodigy of energy-sucking narcissism.

Art had a black 1998 or 1999 Tran-Am. I remember seeing pictures of it and I drove a 1999 Trans-Am Firehawk at the time. I now own a 2001 Tran-Am WS6. Great cars.

It's considered a 4th generation. 1993-2002 are 4th Gens. 93-97 they had a 275HP LT1, 98-02 they had a 350HP LS1 and different looking front end.
The 93-95 4th Gen f-bodies were 275hp with the GEN-II SBC single catalytic converters, the 96-97's had dual cats and 285hp(305hpwith SS or WS6). The 98-2002 F-bodies got, the newly redesigned front end and rear spoiler as well as the all aluminum GEN-III SBC LS1 which were rated at 305hp in the Z/28 and Formula/Trans-Am without SS or WS6 from 1998-2000 and 320hp with SS or WS6. The 2001-2002 F-bodies got a small power bump when all The LS1's started running the intake manifold from the newly released 385hp ZO6 Corvette's LS6 which brought  the LS1 up from 305hp to 310hp.  Checking the SS or WS6 box brought that up to 325hp.
The only LS1 that was rated at 350hp directly from GM was the 2001-2004 LS1 found in the Corvettes and only after all GEN-III LS1's switched to the higher flowing LS6 intake manifold.  The 1997-2000 LS1 powered Corvettes were rated at 345hp. The LS1 powered Firehawks did have some options that did bring the power up close to the Corvettes power rating.

I'd love to get my hands on a 1997 GEN-II LT4 SBC  powered Firehawk(only 33 built) or a 1997 LT4SS Camaro(99 built+3 prototypes). Rated at 330hp@5800rpm/340lb/ft torque@4500rpm. Each LT4 that was to be used for a 1997 F-body was disassembled, balanced and blueprinted and machined with torque plates installed, then each engine was run on an engine dyno and every 5th car was also run on a chassis dyno.  Specific stainless steel exhaust manifolds were Extrude-honed and attached to a LT4/F-body specific exhaust system in order to retain the Corvettes LT4 rating of 330hp.The GEN-II LT4 also used full roller pivot and tip rocker arms, the only GM engine to do so, in order to prevent galling between the rocker arm and the rocker nut at rpm over 5500rpm as the LT4 had a redline(fuel shutoff) of 6412 rpm. The GEN-III,IV and V SBC do all use roller rockers, but only in the pivot of the arm, the tip still slides on the top of the intake/exhaust valves.  GM issued 2 separate recalls in regards to the 1996 LT4 full roller rocker arms.  Buyers of brand new 1996 Corvettes with LT4's(and manual transmissions) within a certain VIN range, were told to not drive their new cars and to have them towed to the dealerships for warranty work
The LT4 was installed in every 1996 Vette that had a manual transmission including 1) the base Vette, 2_GrandSport 3)Collectors Edition.  If the 1996 Corvette came equipped with the 4 speed automatic trans the engine was the 300hp/330lb/ft LT1.
The GEN-II LT4 was Chevrolets way of sending off the good old 350 SBC in style, as it was the last 4"bore/3.48" stroke 350cid engine to ever be installed in the Corvette for 1996, and in the Camaro/Firebird for 1997.

I only wish that GM dropped the 405hp GEN-III SBC LS6 into a special F-body for 2002 when the Camaro would disappear for a few years, and the Firebird was never to be seen again.  A few 2001 F-bodies and even more 2002 F-bodies had the LS6 block installed at the factory simply to use up stock that was being replaced by a new vendor.

I always thought Art had a 95 or 96 LT1 car, though I know it was a Trans-Am.  I remember him talking about it.  IIRC he said it was a "heat magnet" when driving it around Pahrump.

They are great cars, I just wish I was about 4" shorter.

I am floored!! He had a heck of a libido. Guess it's true, you don't know someone until you live with them. Isn't that right Heather?  I believe Marsha and she has enough proof.  Speaks about their life and doesn't pause or hesitate. Wow, just Wow...
Now I'm sure his heart gave out because of the Viagra....... Death by dick.....

I have a theory I haven't seen on BG yet... I can completely understand the probable reason Marsha waited until weeks after Art's death to talk...

She wanted to absolutely make sure she wasn't in the will by some far off chance...

By the way, I have the impression that Art may have been getting a cut of C2C (through the deposition that MV/MV1/Liberace posted).  So, conceivably, Paranormal Date could be a spawn of Art Bell's mind.

She seems like she is telling the truth but at the 16 minute mark the hosts show a picture of a letter Art supposedly wrote to her. It is hard to believe he has that perfect handwriting considering the skill he showed in writing his posts here and in his autobiography.

I realize that. It seemed incongruous to me. We're going to need another document to compare. heh.

Art provided. But keep in mind it was written many years after that love letter was written.

More likely she didn't want Art to take legal action against her.

Why on earth would you think she would expect to be in Art's will? He apparently didn't even include the children he spawned and ignored...why a sex toy whom he used?

popple

Looks like Art commissioned Asia to write the rules list.

His autograph:

His writing in the letter actually looks kind of messy from the video, is there close-up or scan of the letter to Marsha? I've studied graphology and his writing holds a C-slant, very tight middle zone, strong lower zone.

Autographs do not tell us much because they represent the public persona, so its not as useful as a letter or even a true handwritten list.

He had some serious health problems when he wrote that list, at very least arthritis.

I have little experience with any kind of photo programs but I managed to take a screen shot from when Marsha holds up the reverse side of Art's alleged letter showing he was doing some math stuff on the back.  Then I took the photo of Art's note with the gun on top and placed it on the old letter.  We can see phone numbers written under the gun so the numbers can be compared, taken into account aged shaky hands compared to young stable hands.  To these eyes it looks as though the numbers two. five and zero are likely written by the same person.

One could imagine Marsha could have written the numbers in the 70's document, but she couldn't have written Art's Glock-topped list.

The thing is, the way the letter is written is exactly the way Art talked and it is exactly the sort of perspective as he presented personal matters on his radio show, so personally I think there's "no question about it".
