I used to know a girl who claimed to have spontaneous out-of-body experiences at night while asleep. She really believed it and said that it was a highly 'arousing' realm in which she would have to rub up against everything and anything in sight (I guess the orgasmic quality of the astral plane is outta sight!) lol
Suffice it to say, her astral form wasn't missing certain anatomical structures as depicted in that image.
