thank you, I am impressed by myself now, and how easily I could fool at least some of your guys into believing that I am Alex Jones.

You should take that with a pinch of salt

Well, you didn't fool me.  I am sure a REAL Christmas greeting from Alex Jones would feature a dangerous looking guy in fatigues and something about FEMA camps.  Maybe a couple of drones too.   ;)

Yes, I certainly took it with a small Siberian salt mine, just as I do everything Alex Jones, central Texas comedian, says. Of course, it was obvious that alejandro was impressed with himself, but it seems equally obvious that he is obsessed, and impressed, with Alex Jones's cojones, miniscule as they may be. He seems unable to converse on any topics other than the Alex Jones Talking Points. Sadly, sodium seems to be lacking entirely in his diet.

alejandro

everybody should be impressed by Alex's cojones. I even got a signed picture of them hanging on my wall - just next to my cojones shrine.

I think you're Ian Punnett. You have a very Punnetian sense of humour. Where you going to take us next?

b_dubb

i'm betting he's going to take us to his cojones

As long as he doesn't start bringing his cojones to us...

Does Alex Jones still go on about the coming FEMA death camps or is that passe by now?

Alex Jones's cojones are not your friend. He will sound any chord likely to resonate with the gullible, from FEMA camps to net neutrality to the NWO. Such a huckster! He's such a freedom lover that, back when he could only get his message out on the Austin public access channel, he tried to get anyone who disagreed with him booted off. Like Karl Rove's tall tales, he made up supposed "attacks," and accused fellow public-access producers of "bugging" him (with "military-grade" bugs, don'cha know) because they were allied with "dark forces." Riiight.

Like all hucksters, he hits that, "You're special. You're on the inside. You're one of the people who really knows what's going on," note, and people eat it up. A while back, he was haranguing the world about proposed toll roads being the road to per-dition (you've got to stre-e-etch that first syllable for an authentic Texan flavor), but really, just try to drive down I-35 at rush hour. I love that there is a toll road which allows me to escape the crappy Austin traffic. Yes, to avoid it, I'm willing to pay $2 - and believe me, you would be, too, if you could experience the 3 hour (on a good day) wait to travel from one end of town to the other between 5-7 pm.

Anyway, Jones is just fear-porn, but I get such a kick out of his Texas 'Man of the People' Schtick (you'd never know he's just a Dallas suburbanite) that I will occasionally listen to him on Coast. Of course, as far as cojones go, it is claimed that Jones got his ass whipped by a founder of the SxSW event in Austin, after he shot his mouth off in a parking lot. Here is the article:

It's hard to know exactly what to believe (although I'm sure Secret Steve, the Marine, laid his ass out cold) , but clearly, Jones is a whiny little shit-stirrer. Waah! I am the Napoleon of public access television in Austin, Texas! His rep down here does not correspond to the way C2C describes him, nor to the vision he has of himself.

Make no mistake, I'm no fan of Alex Jones. Just wondering if he still flogs the FEMA horse on the show since his predictions never came to pass.

KnyeGuy

I'm sure it's already been said, but if there ever was a so-called government 'shill' Alex Jones fits the mold perfectly. His documentaries contain nothing but sensationalism and hyperbole and extremely 'watered-down' versions of much more credible material that's out there.
The only person who may possibly be an even better example of this is Jesse Ventura.

I'm not saying that I believe in the whole New World Order/Illuminati agenda, but good ol' Alex and Jesse sure would be great disinformation agents working for anything but the truth that they claim to be touting.

Well, someone should volunteer to listen to his show to find out. Better yet, someone should call in to ask about the FEMA camps. DanDan? Wherefore art thou, DanDan?

There is loads of stuff on YouTube, making Jones out to be the Anti-Christ (a lack of imagination there, for sure - what a crappy Anti-Christ! "I'm so eeevil! Watch me devour this turkey leg!"), a Mason (he looks like he loves him some pot-lucks, after all) or a "disinformation agent-" whatever that might mean. Wouldn't you first have to present some information to be a disinformation agent? Fail! With the application of Occam's Razor, Jones is revealed to be a two-bit, shady, cheaply manipulative, but sometimes entertaining, huckster. No, I know! He's on the CIA payroll cos he's so convincing an' shit.

BobGrau

When confronted with 'bullshit' on one side, and 'boring' on the other, I'd suggest aiming somewhere in the middle.

...does that make me a liberal?  :o

Frys Girl

I love Alex Jones. He's very entertaining and he is a great actor. I think he just blends news with imagination and he's no different than CNN or Fox. I gotta give him credit for what he has built from public access interviews. Only in America!

The whole article is just about 2 parties blaming each other for various things , none of which are proven. I understand that some Alex haters here love to jump on anything against him despite there's no evidence whatsoever presented. Nobody even knows these guys the article mentions. Who cares.

alejandro

here's 2 nice videos from Alex, responding to recent media ridicule about "government wants to add chemicals to your food to make you gay"[/color] . ;D

Yes, he does still talk about FEMA camps.  I tried to find an example for you, but most of the stuff currently on InfoWars involves Ron Paul.

Back before the Internet I used to watch Public Access TV.  I preferred it to the big 3, in fact.  And I frequently scan Alex Jones sites for the headlines.  A simple click will let you know if the story is hype or if there is something to it.  Sure, usually it is hype, but sometimes it is something that is legit and ill-reported.  Even knowing what hype is being hyped is worthwhile in my opinion.  Anyone who prefers the New York Times or USA Today is certainly free to read those.

Frys Girl

I have never checked this, but Alex Jones has a method to strengthen his crazy stories. He says something nuts like "babies are being tagged with tattoos and their blood is being drawn for blood martinis in the Oval Office. Folks! This is not even from Alex Jones. This is in the New York Times/Financial Times. They're not even hiding this from us anymore."

I have yet to check these crazy things, but my guess is the articles state a possible action or desired action, and Alex exaggerates it.

Sadly all of this talk about cojones and the fear of gays isn't making a very strong case for your machismo either buddy

alejandro

I don't have fear of gays. I like them, at least the clean guys who work as hairdressers. They are often a great way to get laid with hot chicks - because gays are often surrounded by chicks. The chicks probably feel "save" or whatever around gays, or they wanna watch him pick up a guy. So it's kinda fun to get into their party, pretend a little bit, and meanwhile grab a chicks ass-cheeks while the guy doesn't realize whats going on.
