There is one thing I actually agree with.  It is that in at least one case, the employer let the man go, publically ruining him, without actually releasing the allegations.  So, to me, that is defamation.  If a woman is willing to put her name kut there, then there is some substance to the rumor.  Or, maybe she doesn't want to be known, but the employer should at least give the rest of the sordid details, even if they leave out her name.
