QuoteMayor Sadiq Khan announces extra security at London mosques

He does this while at the same time closing police stations and making London feel significantly less safe than it did only a few year ago. He somehow is actually worse than Boris Johnson.

Telcos block sites hosting footage
QuoteTelstra, Optus and Vodafone have started blocking a number of sites that are hosting footage of Friday’s terrorist attack in Christchurch, pre-empting any potential moves by agencies to issue takedown orders of the footage.

“We’ve started temporarily blocking a number of sites that are hosting footage of Friday’s terrorist attack in Christchurch,” the Telstra said on Monday.

Internet service providers usually consult with law enforcement agencies and comply with take-down orders directed by the federal court.

However, in this instance Telstra has decided to proactively police its service.

“We understand this may inconvenience some legitimate users of these sites, but these are extreme circumstances and we feel this is the right thing to do.”
The Australian telcos are following the lead of their Kiwi counterparts - Vodafone New Zealand, 2degree and Vocus â€" who moved to ensure the footage was inaccessible to New Zealanders.

While the telcos have declined to name the sites that are being blocked by ISPs both in Australian and New Zealand, The Australian understands the list includes, image board websites 8chan, 4chan, video-sharing platform and file-sharing service Mega. Australian PM Scott Morrison has also hinted at regulatory action against the social media giants if they fail to police their platforms more strenuously.

The Prime Minister confirmed to The Australian that this was a path that the government could pursue unless companies such as Facebook and Twitter took greater social responsibility.
From what I've seen reports of and from testing, blocked sites include at least: 4chan (but not 4cdn ie where images and video are hosted, so direct links are still fine), 8chan, Liveleak, Voat, Zerohedge, archive.is, Encyclopedia Dramatica, KiwiFarms, and Bitchute. Mega is not blocked.
Bit hypocritical to block them but not Facebook or Twitter which is where the shooting was actually streamed and threats made.

Telstra is the biggest ISP/telco followed by Optus, so you get this gem:
QuoteBut the actions of Telstra and Optus means that, in one fell swoop, more than 70% of Australian mobile users are temporarily blocked from those sites

I'm sorry that I didn't post in the pre-approved thread of your liking, but that's a completely different thing entirely and not even the same country. While it's not the first time censorship has been done in Australia, what my post about is a pretty bad and wide ranging example of it.

There is some kind of parasitical entity, or manner of thinking, that was introduced to Western culture that is suicidal, sometimes actually- as we see in veterans and older white folks- but more often in general thinking of society. Where weird virtue signalling, quotas, and attempts at "inclusion" even trumps ability to actually do a job. And an odd self-loathing encouraged as our countries Balkanize and collapse.  I don't see this in Asian countries.  As far as I can tell they aren't accommodating and changing their culture and rules to appease the foreigners. As just one, of many, examples: people actually appear to value "inclusivity" in job positions over the ability to do job. We lower standards for BASIC, but important, jobs like firefighters or police so as to get more "minorities." More important that "department reflects the community" than their ability to fight fires, haul hoses, run up stairs, perform cpr, etc. Idiocy and suicidal. If a politician dare say that Western Culture is a remotely good thing, even historically, they are vilified by fellows of the same background. Bizarre.

I just got a robocall from some police charity--I used the ol' "Are you a human being? Can you say 'I'm a human being?' I'd be happy to donate if you would simply say 'I am not a robot.'"

I got hung up on. Sad! I love giving money to cops!

Smollett's attorney quickly dismissed questions about the bond forfeiture. If he, or his lawyers, seriously consider him innocent why wouldn't they want the bond back? Sure for a Hollywood Leftist, likely with some other backing, is it small potatoes but still for posterity or for some claim of vindication. One notes he didn't seem very apologetic either during his brief public statements. Where are the police on this issue? Or their union? Have they issued a statement. Surely they also aren't a part of the Democratic Machine in Cook County. Do they appreciate heightened tensions, wasting of money, and such when someone fakes a "hate crime" and gets off scot-free?  We also can hope that there still is the possible Federal charges (wire fraud etc) that could happen to him.

The whole rap never made sense in the first place. Paid by check? Seems like a textbook psyop play from the get-go. This latest move is equally incomprehensible to me. Neverthless, the ZOG media is drumming it up big, so it must be relevant to something.

The real hope is, that he ratted out his aunt. I wanna believe.

I will add an additional charge due to the situation making me agree with Rahm Emanuel!

https://variety.com/2019/music/news/rahm-emanuel-jussie-smollett-whitewash-1203172921/
“This is a whitewash of justice,” Emanuel said. “This is a person who has been let off scot-free with no sense of the accountability of the moral and ethical wrong of his actions.”
