There was a stupid stinking nigger posting on Bellgab around two years ago, he was from Hawaii, claiming that he grows pot legally.

In listening to the music of Styx lately I really got the impression that 1. In a lot of DeYoung's songs he seems to be trying to red pill his audience, Grand Illusion for example and in particular the later albums Paradise Theater and Killroy; and 2. That DeYoung seems to be a patriot and fan of his own country. In fact, Sweet Madame Blue was written for the bicentennial.  In watching their Caught In The Act concert (which I posted in this thread earlier) again recently I couldn't shake the feeling that these songs were even more relevant today than they were when they were first written to the point where they almost seemed prophetic in a way. Watch it if you don't believe me. Anyway, I came across this interview with him that confirms this somewhat. Advance to about 4:20 to hear him talking about this or just watch the whole thing. However, it's only one part of 5 part interview.

I've been blessed to be alive when giants of music roamed the Earth.  I've lived long enough to know that there was something special in the music of the 20th Century and I doubt the Earth will see the likes of those artists again.  Today's music scene is abysmal.
