If you bothered to understand the findings you would realize that we are talking about the mean IQ.  I have served with black officers and enlisted men who completed the Navy's nuclear power program and I know for certain that some have IQs as high or higher than mine.  It doesn't  come as a shock to me that there are blacks who have a high IQ.  I actually know quite a few personally.  If you chose to be offended by what the data has consistently shown that's up to you.
