It has come to my attention that there is some sort of Shit to Fix in the House of Representatives.

The clear MAPA solution to this debacle is to have a unanimous vote for pate/K_Dubb to be the Speaker.

As usual, this solution is many-fold.  Of particular note, is the fact that neither the Demon-crap nor Rethuglikkkan Party is going to vote for their Political Enemy's candy-date for Speaker.  By voting for pate/K_Dubb, the choice will be equally distasteful or entirely acceptable.  Depending on whether I am holding the Speaker's Mjölnir or K_Dubb is holding it as Speaker Pro Tempore, of course.

This will advance the cause of Making America Pate Again;  by being both Shadow President and Holder/Controller of Governmental Purse Strings I will be better able to implement the many fine MAPA pogroms that I (and K_Dubb) have proposed over the years.

When K_Dubb is acting as Speaker Pro Tempore, the customary 25% cut (for the Big Dog, Hanz II) will be increased to 35% and he may do with the extra 10% what he wishes (in Trust for the People/Children/Ukraine).  I think there are opportunities in the various Bahamian Financial Sectors that might interest him.

Sadly, this is not an actual KamPain Planck so I did not prepare an appropriation Muzak Selection.

My perennial sour-puss liberal sister was in quite the bad mood tonight as politics were not discussed at all.  Or I guess that was her deal?  Nautical Shore.

I am wearing the nice Irish Wool Socks she and her husband bought for me on their THanksgiving Weak trip to Ireland.  When I put them on over another pair of regular socks they make my slightly over-size slippers not slip off.

I think the real reason she was pissed, was that my brother and I colluded to get a few glasses of Red Wine down the old man's gullet (Mom & Sister don't let him indulge in the good stuff anymore).

We had Gumbo, baguettes, and "Tipsy Parson" for dessert.  After Chiefs Game/Church...

I took a dozen Red Oak "Yule Logs" to my adopted "Little Brothers of the Lamb" monks, in the afternoon.  Finally found out what they sang to me that one day en francais:  Numbers 6 24-26 "The Priestly Blessing."

Still trying to find an a cappella version of that that is in French, it was pretty cool...

Tomorrow, I plan to crash my sister's "Me and My Husband don't leave the house on Christmas Day Dinner" thing then eat rib-eyes and drink Bourbon with my brother.

Unfortunately, I will have to skip the "Little Brothers of the Lamb" feast they are having at 12-1pm as I don't think I can eat that much, I am a B-Teamer (Protestant), and it conflicts with my planned crashing of my sister's thing...  I will have to stop by for one of their Saturday afternoon luncheons one of these days when I get a Round Tuit.

Anyway, Merry Christmas Bell-Gabbers!

Especially the ones among you that find me distasteful!
