Does S Translate offer a foreign keyboard?

       I use that translator app on my Android phone that allows me to type in English, and then it translates into the written or spoken language of choice. My question concerns how the other person replies, i.e., does this or another app allow you to then change the keyboard to that of the other person's language so they can type in a reply?
