In May of 2014, I was watching A Haunting on Destination America. One of the episodes on A Haunting I was watching was called "The Haunting of Summerwind". Season 1 Episode 2. The episode is about the Hinshaw family that had many paranormal experiences while leaving at Summerwind in the early 1970's.  After watching that episode, I did some research online and went to the Summerwind Mansion website. There I found a small pull down section that was selling the original blue prints to Summerwind. Went ahead and emailed the seller it turned out to be Raymond Von Bober the brother of the late Ginger Hinshaw. After purchasing the blue prints from Ray, I reached out to Craig Nehring of the Fox Valley Ghost Hunters.  Mr. Nehring was good friends with the current owners of the Summerwind ruins Mr. and Mrs. Tracy. With his authorized access to the property, my access to the blue prints, we created the Summerwind Restoration Society in July of 2014. It's efforts are to use the original 1916 blue prints of Summerwind, and rebuild Wisconsins most notorious haunted house through 501 (c) (3) public donations. The Summerwind Restoration Society has been featured on Coast to Coast AM, Darkness Radio, Fade to Black, Beyond Reality Radio, and much more. Enclosed at the bottom are some articles about the rebuilding, a link to the Go Fund Me, and the official facebook page of the Summerwind Restoration Society. Enjoy everyone.

Cool.  Thanks for posting.  That was a good episode of A Haunting.

From a societal point of view, I guess "ghosts" and "hauntings" are no longer something to fear. Am I confused to the point of this?

The place has been still very active even with just the Summerwind ruins there. The Fox Valley Ghost Hunters have had rocks thrown at them from the foundation, shadow people caught on camera, voices, and much more. Even though the main mansion was burnt down on June 19, 1988 it is still a very creepy place to be at night. Every year the team camps out there and does over night investigations which are open to the public. For everyone here feel free to join the Summerwind Restoration Society for all of the information on the camp outs and benefits.

Hey Everyone,

As Dr. J's new associate producer on Dr. J Radio Live, I would love to get suggestions from all of Art's listeners on how to be a good producer. Does anybody have advice on how I can grow in my role, and how I can serve the Dark Matter Digital Network community?  =).   Redacted has been a role model to me to very much as well. God Bless you all.
