Lovely, just lovely.  Can't these crazies get a decent hobby, like playing with Accutrons?

People say all sorts of things on BG...if you called it, sad that it had to be true...no one wants to think anything like this actually goes on in real life...

I was in DC when this odd story popped up for a few minutes in the papers and then disappeared. Very strange and highly suspect.

The Australian version? (Note link to Assange that you rarely hear about in the media, even in the "conspiracy" media.

Pro tip for those seeking to join a cult: Avoid the ones where dudes wear suits, cuz that's just plain weird.

You make more money being a leader, but it's more fun being a follower.

With regard to pedo-rings, sexual abuse cults, weird ritual abuse etc by the super-rich or royalty you can look at history and you'll see many example of insane and perverted stuff various kings and people have done over the centuries. What surprises me is that, somehow, people believe "it can't happen in today's modern society" or "can't happen here." That somehow power now no longer corrupts and only poor white trash perverts living in trailers or one bedroom apartments snatch or abuse children so they dismiss stories about Hollywood, politicians, royalty who are alleged to do this stuff. Or, in the rare case one is caught or identified (usually post-death) it is dismissed as a "shock" and "one-off," nothing more to see here.

Seriously, Art Bell needs to do a show on this. Is he back from the store yet?  ???

Someone needs to do a show on it for sure...most shows seem to recycle the same boring ass topics and guests, though...

Another big Democratic activist he really "got out the vote" and was a community organizer for them. From wiki since it concisely shows the people that supported him and his circle of friends:

"In September 1977, California assemblyman Willie Brown served as master of ceremonies at a large testimonial dinner for Jones attended by Governor Jerry Brown and Lieutenant Governor Mervyn Dymally.  At that dinner, Brown touted Jones as "what you should see every day when you look in the mirror in the early morning hours... a combination of Martin King, Angela Davis, Albert Einstein... Chairman Mao". Harvey Milk, who spoke at political rallies at the Temple, wrote to Jones after a visit to the Temple: "Rev Jim, It may take me many a day to come back down from the high that I reach today. I found something dear today. I found a sense of being that makes up for all the hours and energy placed in a fight. I found what you wanted me to find. I shall be back. For I can never leave."

I'll have one order of Amy Gumbo. Extra spicy! Oh, and a Corona w/ lime, to wash it down.

This is the spirit cooking thread, not the Amy show thread. They're serving up some vagrant tonight that they know won't be missed.  ;)

Just to defend a corporation, as Jackstar says I do, and for accuracy's sake: it was Flavor Aid used in Jonestown by the leftist, Democrat cult leader, not Kool-Aid!!
