As an outsider looking in . . . I have to agree with many of your points.
Trump has done a lot of things for your country. Not everything works out well all the time, but if nothing is tried, you'll never have a chance at success.  Again as an outsider, the package that is 'Donald Trump' would probably be more accepted without the tweeted comments, bombastic style, and a reserved countenance . . . .
Our citizens elected a total fool. Inept and dumb . . . . embarrassing.  First time I've been embarrassed to be a Canadian.
The Donald will most likely get a second term.

I agree that Trump is not the model President and he makes me cringe sometimes but you can't argue with results.

I felt the same kind of embarrassment for my Country as you starting with Obama's apology tour and numerous times throughout his administration.  His failure to act when the red line he established was crossed in Syria and his White House celebration of the deserter Bowe Bergdahl being swapped for 5 terrorists were also particularly shameful moments for me as an American.

AUDIENCE MEMBER: I have a very severe case of what’s called Trump Derangement Syndrome. It probably pre-dates his announcement for election because I know people in New York City who dealt with him years ago. I have a frustration also with the Democratic party, so this is more of a comment than maybe a question. It has to do with messaging. I would like to see the party and every candidate come out with a very simple message regarding him.

He won the election by 70,000 votes in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan. He won it because he had help by the Russians. He refuses to do anything to stop that. He’s failing in carrying out the most basic function to uphold the Constitution. He is not defending our national security. He has no interest in doing it. I don’t want to live in a country run by Vladimir Putin. I don’t think anybody in the country should want that, I don’t understand why millions of people don’t get that message, and I think every candidate needs to pound that message home again and again and again.

He is an illegitimate president â€" in my mind. That’s it! I think all the talk about impeachment and what the Democrats should do, that’s fine. It’s theoretical at this point. Let them investigate, let them subpoena, let them go to the Supreme Court. He’s illegitimate. And my biggest fear is that he’s going to do it again with the help of Vlad, his best pal, and we’re going to be stuck for six more years of this guy. And that is terrifying. It’s terrifying.

No doubt a sincere but ignorance based opinion.

The Dem's Mueller Report Meltdown and attempt to subpoena Barr will be the focus of many a Rep campaign ad whether they go through with it or not.

I'm not sure how he affiliates here but over there likely some Ken Gill, Scargill,  type of associated Party. They have more fringe Parties over there, often with even more oddball ideas. But he has expressed dislike, or worse, to Irish Republicans, or at least the terrorists, so I don't think he would've associated with some of the various and sundry Leftist groups/parties that pop-up over the decades who supported "their struggle."

The movie was fairly true to life except it left out the part where everyone gets to take five for a linen change after the torpedo misses.

Hollywood casting agents figure, to the American viewing public, "any foreign accent, will be considered foreign- so go with it!" And the Producers just want a ROI quickly and so "do it!"

Jojo

President Trump said he is against abortion.  How can that be true?  He has done nothing to stop four kinds of abortion:

Fertility Treatment Murders:  The covert, unregulated abortions/murders of fertilized embryos that result from fertility treatments

The Pill Abortions:  The unwitting, undocumented abortions of fertilized embryos that occur when abortifacient ingredients kick in from The Pill, on the occasions that its hormonal pregnancy prevention ingredients fail to work

Unnecessary Fallopian Abortions:  The abortion of fertilized embryos trapped in fallopian tubes, instead of angio-ing them like doctors angio men's veins.  A man's vein is about 3 times narrower than a fallopian tube, so the technology exists to save these babies.

Repeat abortions:  Repeat abortions by woman of average health and IQ (using abortion as birth control)

Anyone who is opposed to abortion should define ALL abortions in their stance, including the 4 kinds described above.

If you've watched early Sean Connery movies eg. 'Darby O'Gill and the Little People' . . . S Connery has no accent.
Nowadays, he is all but indecipherable with his accent . . . it's awful.
He sounds like his dentures are slipping out his of his mouth as he babbles his gibberish . . .

While not always supportive it is interesting to see Fox turning away from Trump more and more these. Also the promotion of actual violence towards anyone with whom you disagree though it appears more on the Left spectrum.  I guess it is logical, in a perverse way, if you label any sober or rational political opinion or anything you disagree with- or even just defense of free speech or association- as NAZI or White Supremacists who actually want to eliminate you- than it doesn't take much of step for violent action.

As will Trump using (With full capitulation of same) the USA's AG to conduct private investigations into perceived 'enemies' before Trump was even elected POTUS, but oddly no interest in Russia's actual attacks (and ongoing) on the USA. Not only but also, that very same authority given over to Trump's bitch will potentially uncover informants who have put their lives on the line to give information to the security agencies of not only America, but all of NATO. Including the person who initially told the CIA that Putin not only authorised, but oversaw the Russian attack on the elections.

Obama told Putin at his last G20 that he was aware of it and told him to stop. Obama told Trump, but Trump wasn't interested in trying to stop Putin' Why would he be? Putin was trying to ensure Trump's election and said as much in Helsinki as Trump was stood next to him.

What this means of course if Barr does decide to release hitherto classified information to the world, is the few informants that help the agencies will no longer do it because their anonymity cannot be guaranteed and the allies of the US will no longer share information because of the same reason. But at least Trump can release his temper tantrums, so that's okay then.

Have you ACTUALLY read the Mueller report (Most Trumpers haven't of course) or just going on what Trump and Barr said?  https://www.justice.gov/storage/report.pdf

It's the redacted version of course, but even that is pretty damning.

There isn't a fundamental difference between the French Revolutionaries and the American revolutionaries. They both rose up against a monarchy for the good of the people. For that matter The Russian revolution was the same, the monarchy was the enemy.  Funny you bring up Scargill, I actually stopped and spoke to him once at a railway station, quietly spoken and polite. I disagreed with him on pretty much everything, but even his enemies would conceded he was right when he said Thatcher's mine closures were political rather than economic.

You certainly can't. Highest deficit sine WW2, almost all of it owed to China. Trade taxes that the American firms and consumers will be paying NOT China. Sure, employment might be better, but how many are people taking two jobs to make ends meet? Trump has pissed off nearly all US allies and sucked up to despots who he would love to emulate if he had the intelligence. Some results.

When Leftists praise Bolton. I guess pigs can fly! Bolton is like McCain on meth and never seen a war he doesn't like or a peace he doesn't want to make war. But unlike McCain never served and actively avoided apparently. I do like his rants against the UN etc though but he is pure neo-Con, pro-war, any war, all the time. Weird Leftists would support him.  Yeah but dumb tweets. But if it makes Democrats and Leftists so apoplectic than keep them coming, I guess.  My worry is not Trump tweets but he is so weak on the border issues and needs to stop focusing on the Democrats- though they will likely reelected him because they are playing the perfect foil and that is what he likes. And they will infighting amongst themselves to see who can get more radical and bizarre and distance themselves from the average voter come election. And having spent their money when Hillary will likely sweep in.

ps:  Wow. 36.48% for BREXIT in Yorkshire and the Humber.  And I find interesting how exiters run for seats in the European Parliament. Don't get me wrong I'm against the EU and the various socialist cabals but still it is weird. One doesn't like something so they run for the office and take money from them.  I guess, sorta a modified "bleed the beast" or "Cloward-Piven" strategy? It would appear the Tories need to be worried. Labour also to a degree.  Though these elections don't necessary foreshadow national and local elections.

It's what Farage has been doing for years. He was torn apart last sunday by Andrew Marr in an interview. Things got very awkward when smiling Nigel got asked questions he didn't really want to answer or have an answer for. Naturally Farage went to the Trumpspeak default of blaming the media (In this case the BBC) for the things he'd done or said in the past.
