I don't recall any people complaining. At least much, especially considering that many of the Ludlum books came out during actual hearings about the CIA machinations, Vietnam war, GLADIO, IRAN-CONTRA-BCCI, etc!  And didn't make his books any less popular.

From purely anecdotal evidence- I think Ludlum's -and the like- books, and the movie franchises made from them, are more popular with the "right" or "Republican/Tory" etc than the "Democrat/Commie" crowd and very popular in airport books stores.  I never saw many commies or hippies buying MacClean, Ludlum, Clancy, Forsyth, etc. Those thrillers, conspiracy, war, and action books have a certain demographic. As do other pulp-esque novels that might appeal to other demographic groups.

You are finally getting the picture.  Everything Trump has said about the plot to undermine and overthrow his Government is proving to be true.  The good news is that despite treasonous acts by corrupt deep state bureaucrats, politicians with much to lose as Trump drains the swamp, and a sold-out MSM that just keeps on pumping out the preposterous anti-Trump horse shit that it has become renowned for, Trump continues to win. 

Your conclusion that Trump is unstoppable in 2020 is right on.  This of course is due mainly to Trump's good governance and the roaring economy he has created and by revelation of the criminal acts against him perpetrated by highly placed government officials, as identified in Horowitz's report and testimony, which are also currently under criminal investigation by John Durham.  However, sealing the deal is the House Democrat's blatant all-out effort over the past 3 years to cover up their own criminal deceit with respect to Trump and its complicity and/or active participation in crimes committed by members of the Obama administration.   This culminating in the Dems absurdly trumped-up and most assuredly futile impeachment proceedings which only serve to guarantee a solid win for Trump a year ahead of the election. 

It is my fond hope that your appeal to others of your sad ilk to participate in anti-Trump demonstrations in various cities around the country is successful.  I urge them all to turn out in hoodies and masks with bike locks in hand and perform their typical clown act so as to provoke police into cracking heads and charging them with the felonies they commit or criminal cuckery as appropriate.  It would also be good if some were to bring a 10 gal. can of gasoline and self immolate as a demonstration of their sincerity.  (Friends should make a note to bring marshmallows.)

President Trump donated his salary from the second quarter of 2019 to the Surgeon General's office, the White House announced Friday.

The Surgeon General's office falls under the Department of Health and Human Services. The White House said the donation will help address the opioid epidemic and the growing use of e-cigarettes by teenagers and children.

The president pledged when he took office that he would not accept the $400,000 annual salary that comes with the job. He has donated his salary in quarterly installments to various government agencies.

The president donated his first quarter salary from 2019 to the Department of Homeland Security.

Last year, Trump donated his salary to the Small Business Administration, the Department of Veterans Affairs and the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism.

In 2017, he gave his salary to the Transportation Department, the Health and Human Services Department for the opioid epidemic, the National Park Service and the Education Department.
