Giant fonts for Vista?

     My new PC (sadly) came loaded with Vista, and despite using DPI to increase font size to 200% of normal, the fonts are nowhere near big enough. See, this if for a living room PC, so I want to be able to across the room and still read the screen without eye strain.
     So my question is, does anyone know if someone makes additional, giant fonts that can be added to Vista?
