I posted this article on FB with the comment that I thought this chick was somewhat fascinating

GQ: "This Is Not a Barbie Doll. This Is an Actual Human Being."...
Holy G Moly, and I thought the Politics thread was strange.  This creature is "obsessed with the pyramids in Mexico."  RCH should do a Torsion Field scan of this young lady.  My eyes hurt from looking at her photo.

Aren't they all "classics," according to Noory?

Ha, yes, Jorch can't wait to jump in his Sleep Number bed, covered in turmeric-stained sheets and littered with turkey on whole wheat sandwich crumbs.  'Ol Jorch, curled up tight with his Vermont teddy bear, "itchy and uncomforable in his own skin."

I am Jess and I drive a truck. Did I mention I also own a cell phone.
I knew it.  I bet you even have one of those small ones you can stick in your pocket.  Damn fashionista truckers.

Hoagland has been mysteriously absent and Noory has not even mentioned him for months now.
Must be fallout from Hoagland's infamous appearance on Art's show 6 months ago?
Somebody needs to call in during open lines and ask Noory if Hoagland is still his science advisor and why he isn't on regularly anymore even for quick first hour comments on space news?
Yes, it's looking more and more as if Jorch has disowned Hoagland after Hoagie showed-up on Dark Matter without singing praises for The Nooron.  Jorch is so magnanimous.::)  Hoagie must be hoping Art returns as much as the rest of us.

Now that you mention that, I don't really have any stake in the show, either.  I haven't actually sat and watched that show since Carson's last sign off.  But there's something about Colbert I find grating and unbearable.
I never watched Letterman.  I for sure won't watch Colbert.  I doubt the producers will care.  They think folks like me are more dead than Art.

It was all Jazmunda's fault.  All those damn calls to Art.  And truckers.  Truckers with those aggravating, new-fangled cellphones.  Oh, and Jess...

Speaking of Mars, Noory's "Science Adviser" remains MIA.  Has Jorch even mentioned the Hoaxster recently?  Jorch seems to  have placed Hoagie in the same category as one of his guests who's been mysteriously dropped during the show, never to be heard from again.  Those damn "bad connections." ;)

Woo hoo, I've made the cherished upper right corner.  Too bad Art had to die to make it happen.  Oh, well.

...And that itch cream commercial Noory does is right up there, too... "When you're itchy and miserable in your OWN skin"
Just how I picture Noory.

Look at the positive side.  If Art's dead, he can now vote in Chicago.

Noory wants his show to be ultra G-rated...  :P
Jorch has to keep it clean for his mom.  And no "fuss'n or fight'n" either.  And most importantly, Jorch needs to keep it on the cutting-edge of suckage.

Is there a tax deductible fund where we can send money to this most worthy of causes?
Just send any donations to MV.  I appreciate his efforts to provide us with this most excellent forum in support of our worthy cause.  GNS.  Art Bell uber alles!

I believe the end of the world started with the appearance of Noory.  Well, at least the end of decent night time radio.

Ill have to see that one. I liked 28 Days Later.
SPOILER ALERT****
At the end of 28 Days it seemed that they were more or less out of the woods and life could get back to something resembling normal.

It wasn't bad for a zombie movie.  I just happened to catch it on the tube a week or so ago. I'm a big fan of the original "Night of the Living Dead" and good 'ol Vincent Price's "Last Man on Earth."  Those two movies terrified me when I was a kid, when The Nooron was slobbering over Morgus.  ::)

Earlier today I was listening to "The Very Best of Art Bell" (U7 Radio.org) on TuneIn, and they were replaying the Dark Matter show where Art names the winner of the contest to name the Halloween Night Special.  The winning name was "Spooky Matter", submitted by Steelbot of our own Bellgab group.  This is the famous occasion where Art calls us bellgabbers "vicious, but vaguely lovable".

Hearing that made me very sentimental, and then very angry.

ART, YOU LEFT US WITH NOORY!!!

N O O R Y!!!
Speaking of zombies and abandonment, it reminds me of "28 Weeks Later," where the husband abandons his wife in the cottage to the zombies.  Hey, I can kind of understand that situation.  We're talking about saving your own ass from a bunch of crazed zombies.  But crap, Art, you left us with FREAKING, BRAIN-DEAD, SOUL-SUCKING NOORY!!!  All because of some streaming issues???  ARRRRRRGGHHH!!!

Hello there -

found this website last week - unsure how, but had many laughs looking at some of the threads, so thought I'd signup.

Seeya around!
Ha! Great name.  Welcome all.  Laugh at Noory often.

He looks more gay than Ian.

Definite photoshop.  The only thing that could result with Noory being at the wheel of something like that is a big crater at the end of a runway.

Noortard will likely confuse him with Andy Rooney.  Or Mickey Rourke.
Ha, that's what I was thinking.  Followed by a piss-poor impersonation by Jorch of Andy Rooney.
