iOS 9 Sep 2015. Replaced by 10 on Sep 2016 and unsupported since then.

Grocery stores, Wal-mart, etc should have tech built into those electric carts the obese etc use: cannot put stuff like Cokes, ice cream, beer and wine, ding-dongs, KoolAide, etc into cart. Or put those items on the very high shelf where you must be able to at least stand to access. And carts won't operate if holding an EBT card in purse except in healthy food aisles.

It's my understanding that not only is there competion between these two agencies but that the CIA were actually responsible for the hack of those tools because they wanted to weaken their (NSA) surveilance capacity in regard to their (CIA) criminal activities.
