QuoteIn other news:

There is another  Retail Apocalypse across America. Apparently Santa did not bring companies like Sears and Macys a very nice present. Macys has announced another 10,0000 layoffs, Chicos may close over 100 stores, and Sears is closing another 100 stores.

The only stores that do net seem to be effected  are those that are owned by CIA: Walmart, Costco and Home Depot - all built with Steele Girders and capable of maintaining a fleet of vehicles, have a Cafeteria, have walled off areas to capable of dispensing drugs and have an Ammo Locker.  They also use almost identical Logistics Programs I was trained on.

Well--huh. I never thought of it that way.

Who's got foil?

Yup, saw that when it came out. That bastard ME is tied right into the BIOS. (Could this be another reason the X58 LGA1366 boards and CPUs are drying up ? )

But, if you want to neutralize it;  http://hardenedlinux.org/firmware/2016/11/17/neutralize_ME_firmware_on_sandybridge_and_ivybridge.html
You'll need some DIY skills.  ;)

I remember this flick being a big deal when it came out. All my twelve-year-old mind recollects is that it was excruciatingly boring and made no sense whatsoever.

And I tried to make sense of it. Twice, to know avail.

Now.
