Jorch gives slackers a bad name.  While he's not busy goofing-up product commercials, such as TriCalm, mush mouth is polluting the airwaves during the day with his awful show promos.  Tonight the listeners will be treated to how to travel in time in your dreams.  I want to master this skill so I can travel back every night and listen to Art.  Who needs recordings.

Not as good as bacon.

There are lots of turmeric filled corpses in the graveyard

Uh, oh.  A new place for the ghoul Noory to prowl.  Sounds like a twofer for Jorch.

I haven't listened to Savage much since he moved to Cumulus but I recall him discussing his son in the past, the one who made his fortune with the Rock Star drink.  Savage seemed to get along with him and genuinely admire his success, at the time.  I usually enjoy listening to Savage, as long as he's not in a complete ranting melt-down.

Ha, that's the first thought that comes to mind whenever he mentions his collection of houses.  He must spend a fortune on taxes and maintenance, especially being in California.

That is another peculiar thing about Savage.  He rarely mentions his wife.  You could be a regular listener and still be surprised to learn he has a wife.  You'd think he was married to his dog, Teddy.  :D

I have been meaning to say this for quite some time: Gd5150, your avatar creeps me the hell out! I will be looking in the fridge, hear a noise behind me, and be afraid to turn around in case Jorch is there, peeping around the corner or lurking in the doorway. It gives me the damn willies, I tell you.

Gd5150's avatar captures the creepy feeling I get whenever Jorch is slithering around a female guest or caller.  Also, pretty close to the chilly feeling that's in the air when gruesome Jorch is digging for more details about macabre events.

Jorch creeps-out Torgo.

Savage would say he'd never heard of Jorge.  And he might not even be lying.

It surprises me when Savage claims ignorance about certain pop culture names but I'm sure some it is just lack of interest and an "I don't want to go there" desire.  Of course, in the case of Jorch, that's a good thing.  I'd love to see Tommy set-up Jorch for an interview with Savage.  I wonder how many milliseconds that would last.  Would Savage rapidly explode or be as astounded as we are at Jorch's ineptitude and toy with the challenged one?  I guess it would depend upon his mood at that moment and how many espressos he had before the show.

The closing recording which includes the stupid ufo Phil song starts about 1:50am. Everything from that point is recorded. That's assuming Noory has stayed there that long. If they don't take callers, they can record the show ahead and Noory doesn't even have to come in. Plus you don't need a screener. Seems that's what they do some they rarely take calls anymore.

The mystery is why PremRat thinks they need Noory at all.  A random noise generator would be a better host.

I don't think that'll happen until either the show is dead or Noory is.

I doubt Jorch is immortal, no matter how many deals with the Devil he's made.  Unfortunately, neither are we.

At least Savage does OK with the TriCalm commercial.  He actually says "blue and white box," as opposed to ditsy Jorch who says "blue in a white box."  ::)  I'd love to hear Savage eat Jorch alive.

Savage is an interesting individual.  He's admitted to misery being more of his usual nature.  He was talking about his 5 houses scattered around the bay and his Mercedes yesterday but still complaining about minutia.

yep, there is no such thing, "Worst of Noory" would be a better label.
but as expected Noory ducked out an hour early tonight as he does some Fridays...

Ah, yes, Friday with Jorch, until he skips out early, headed for his favorite 7-11 and his turkey on whole wheat sandwich.  Jorch gets his turkey and leaves his audience with a turkey, the "Worst of Noory" and UFO Phil.

The coast to coast brand is still worth something. If they wanted they could fire Noory and just give Clyde the show.

I think C2C could still be a money maker for Premier, if they could find the right host. Cut down the advertisments and gain a larger listner base. I am sure the audience numbers would go up, and as a result adds would be more expensive.

I think Premier is even open to the idea of getting rid of Noory, or even using him less. The issue is there is no host who can pull in ratings. Also the format of the show is a disaster these days, too many commercials. It is unlistenable too. They keep trying different host, but none of them are adequate for what they need.

It struck me as kind of odd when and how "Ground Zero" first showed-up on the radio.  I don't recall any advance plugs on the air or any notice of it "coming soon to a radio station near you!"  I just turned on the radio one night, fully expecting to hear the usual C2C rebroadcast from the night before on the local station and there it was, as if it had always been running.    I wondered from the beginning if PremRat had decided to try a trial run to check-out something new for filling the night.  Has Noory ever mentioned "Ground Zero" or Clyde Lewis?  Clyde has alluded to C2C and Noory several times, usually in a less than complimentary manner.  Why is PremRat running two shows at night with very similar concepts, especially if they're all about not spending more than they have to spend?  Now we have PremRat canning Wells and apparently trying out new hosts.  Maybe it's just hopeful thinking but maybe something is up.  Be afraid, Jorch, be very afraid.  If nothing else, if we keep a rumor going about Noory being on his way out, maybe it'll take on a life of it's own.

The thing is, Cheap Channel owns more than 800-radio stations.  They need programming overnight.  It is much cheaper to produce Coast than it would be to buy or syndicate from someone else. Coast is a cheap show.  I don't buy the small station argument, either.  In my market Coast is simulcast on a 50,000-watt day, 30,000-watt night AM station and a 100,000-watt FM station. Those stations are owned by Cox, not Cheap Channel.

PremRat has had a deal to air "Ground Zero" nationally since July of 2012.  "Ground Zero" is far from perfect but better than The Nooron.  I'll bet Clyde Lewis would be glad to completely take over the night slot for less than what PremRat is spending on C2C.  He already does a 5 hour a night show, with most stations across the country just airing the first 3 hours.  Cancel C2C, air all 5 hours of GZ, and replay the first two hours of GZ.  Why PremRat feels they need The Nooron is beyond me.  I guess that's why some idiots at Clear Channel are playing with a mist tunnel while they're $21 billion in debt.  Shouldn't these clowns be with the rest of their kind in Congress?
#18796
Hey, Cheap Channel, if you're really interested in saving a few bucks, stop playing with the mist tunnel for a few minutes and give the nitwits at PremRad a ring.  Tell them to cancel C2C and just run Ground Zero.  Before GZ's arrival, PremRad used to fill the night with C2C and C2C replays on a number of stations.  Do the same with GZ.   GZ isn't always a winner of a show, either, but if you're just looking at the bottom line, why pay the costs for two shows when you can get by with one.  "Sorry, Jorch, but we had to cut costs.  Look at the clause in your contract about what happens if we're forced to cancel C2C.  Goodbye, best wishes, and don't let the door hit you in the rear."

Snorge just claimed that "the media: isn't talking about the transponders being shut off. Bulls**t. I've heard it mentioned several times on CNN and MSNBC.

Of course when Snorge says the media, he means the shows he actualy watches, like Inside Edition. Extra, TMZ, and Entertainment Tonight.
I was listening to Clyde last night and didn't shut the radio down before The Nooron arrived in his clown car, as Seraphim accurately stated.  I heard the remark about the transponders and immediately thought the same thing, Juan Cena.  With morons like Snorge, no wonder Clear Channel is 21 billion bucks in the hole.

21 billion..how is that even possible?

I'm sure Jorch will address this tonight in his opening "here's whuts happeneen" tonight.  That's a whole lot of pizza rolls.

Jorch was talking about his "television show" possibly coming to television?  ::)  When are we going to get a real C2C show coming to radio?

Hopefully, Tommy's put a "blow switch" on Jorch's microwave.  No doubt Jorch has a tough enough time with that complicated gizmo when he's sober.

Joorch read an email to the two 'leper-corn' (I can't help seeing some weird hybrid: a unicorn with leprosy) morons. Let us, for the sake of argument, assume it was genuine. It was from a teacher who has an 11 year old pupil who claims he is being haunted by a 'dark leprechaun'. The clear flag was that the boy has been through 'abusive situations'.
The solution? Therapy, counselling of some sort? No. Listen to Christmas music, 'It's A Small World', and drink passion flower tea.

Jorch should be charged with malpractice of quackery.

Hopefully Noory will dress up in his leprechaun outfit and eat some green pizza rolls.
