I am listening to that first gabcast interview with Redacted and Art & I am just floored because it is a different person. The same sounding person from the gabcast like the girl next door. A voice that people could really like, a smooth relaxed attitude.
What The Fuck Happened!!! Where and what went wrong boy what a total waste. Coulda, woulda, shoulda. Now we have this crazy mess?!

Correct.  And somehow Art apparently didn't notice.  Or .perhaps that's what he meant when he was insisting she was getting better by the minute.

What a fucking liar (sorry, not lies - just politics).  Everything she writes in her statement applies far more to the Obama years than to where we are with Trump.  Health insurance premiums up double digits?  Check.  Families kicked off their coverage?  Check.

Insurance company profits up, gas prices up, soaring cost of living, stagnant wages, sell out of working families, corporations raising dividends and share buybacks? Check, check, check, check, check, check, check.  All happened under Obama.  Of course that - we were told repeatedly - was all Bushes' fault.

... Black and Hispanic unemployment are the lowest in history...

And the overall unemployment rate is the lowest it's been in quite some time, and within an eyelash of the record.  Of course it's based on the number of people receiving unemployment insurance and doesn't include those who've been timed out and fallen off, but looking at the statistics as a trend over time, it's certainly better than it ever was under the incompetent Obama jerk-off

So what does the leader of the Democrat Party have to say?  The Party that told us they understood the reason they lost was because they don't do anything for middle America anymore, and vowed to change (before they decided to make a bunch of shit up about Trump and get their media toadies to go after him instead)

Well, here's Nancy Pelosi to tell us jobs don't mean anything to people.  It's more and more clear every day this is the Party of the very rich, the handout bums, and the Marxist street thugs who want to destroy the country.  Jobs don't mean anything to the poor?  To the middle class?  Really Nancy?

https://www.democraticleader.gov/newsroom/6118/

So where's Pud to point out this lie?  Nowhere.  This sort of dishonest garbage isn't really a lie, ''it's just politics'' as Shreddi pointed out.  No, Pud's after bigger game, like lies about crowd size and the weather, or campaign promises that either haven't been carried out yet or were blocked by Congress.

I would imagine in the middle of serving her and LNM legal papers and "cease and desist orders" while claiming copyright that it is unlikely that Keith has had time to send the shows over as a gesture of good will for her to use and distribute as she sees fit.  I can't imagine that he is too thrilled with Heather asking people to cancel their subscriptions on paypal in a manner that will cost him the maximum amount of financial pain.  I also don't believe that he has looked past what she and MV have said about him.  I would also think that he does not need her putting them up as "midnight in the desert" archives*...

Maybe after all of the drama is done, and the lawyers are no longer involved he would send them over?

*Would it also weaken his case for owning the show and the name?  If he handed them over could a good lawyer twist that to argue Keith recognizes Heather's claim to ownership?

Is Keith's offer of a six month window for her to return still on the table?

Can we assume Falkie's care giver is still having car problems (read:  ''I'm not cleaning that filthy sty while he bellows orders, and I'm not ruining my suspension hauling that oaf around'')?
#641
Falks is clearly in no condition to be away from home for any length of time.  What if he had one of his episodes on the plane, train, or at the Con itself.  Close to home, he knows who to call, what to do, and how to take care of himself before help arrives, but on the road and away from familiar surroundings an elderly ill person with few resources like Falkie could easily become confused and would be much at risk.

I'm afraid anyone donating funds for him to make this trip at this time is only endangering him, and under no circumstance should he be going to this event.  Beyond that, as brave as he is he's likely to attempt to travel in his condition anyway - but in his current condition I don't believe he should be allowed to board a plane or train, and the airport and train stations should be alerted to watch for him if he even attempts to travel

I think that might be where the confusion is for Heather.  I think she believes getting permission from Art or Airyn is all she needs, but if DMDN or Keith own the shows, and the name etc, then nothing Art or Airyn said to her would have any legal weight.

She clearly either has no business or legal sense, or doesn't care.  And zero respect for Keith

Quote from: Cowkiller on May 31, 2018, 09:14:09 PM
I would think she knows she cant have her old shows when she left DMRN because as Arts friend she had to be aware Premier C2C owned Arts old shows.  Im sure Art explained these things to her while they were in the cuckshed...

I personally think she's pretty dumb, and only hears and believes what she wants.  And no one other than Keith tells her otherwise.  What's her alternative, back to phone sex?

Quote from: Art Bell on March 17, 2016, 09:58:15 PM
... Heather will either continue to grow into the position or not so you are correct, it's her show now and she can change it in any way she wishes.

Art

My guess is Art didn't realize she had no sense of who owned what legally - he seems to have been smitten by having another sycophant around - and told her it was her show every time they spoke - him meaning controlling the guests, etc, her only hearing what she wanted to hear, and deciding it really was ''hers'' if Art said so.  He really didn't do her any favors.

If she’s stupid enough to do it illegally (which seems to be the case), that’s her problem.

I’m not paying Keith $4.99/month to replay Heather’s shows, I can tell you that much. Art’s, yes. Hers, no. As has been said here earlier- her guests are everywhere, with better hosts to interview them.

I wonder if she would steal Art's shows too

I'm with you.  Heater has been so awful through all this that I hope to see her fall flat on her face in full view, then disappear.

It shouldn't be long though, until there's nothing newsworthy with her new show, or at least not enough to keep plowing through this thread.  May as well enjoy any amateurish drama there is left while it lasts.

The trade tariffs make no sense because Trump isn't consistent...

That's not why.  It's not a requirement that we treat every country the same, of even preferable that we do so.

But slapping tariffs on our friends and allies is the wrong move.  It will drive up the cost of everything made fom steel and aluminum, and eventually everything made and transported by machinery and equipment made from steel and aluminum - a ripple effect through the economy.  It will cost jobs and business in companies that sell products subject to retaliatory tariffs placed on them by Canada, Mexico, and the EU.  It's a stupid thing to do.

Where we should threaten to enact tariffs - and much else - is on China.  It's long past time to send them the message that stealing industrial trade secrets and technology, stealing military technology, stealing intellectual property (films, books, music, etc), unfair trade practices for our companies doing business there, and so on, will simply not be tolerated.

I used to think there was a leaker of George’s email here at BellGab but today I learned the real leaker is George himself!  I was trying to find time to help him do a call in show to get funds for his hotel but i had work / family commitments and a technical problem with the audio networking software I use called Dante Via after a Windows 10 upgrade so ive not been able to help him.

How did he respond to my situation? Not with respect and understanding but he LEAKED MY PRIVATE EMAILS!!  Never again, TMK has been burned for the last time by Mr. Senda!!

Why would you enable this guy?  Aren't there better uses of your time?  If you want to help people, can't you find anyone or any organization more deserving?  Doesn't he take enough from society?  What is it with Falkie and these various do-gooders?

You and the rest of his enablers deserve any unpleasantness he sends your way.

Fucking pigs.  This is why everyone - everyone - hates cops.

There are too many agencies who all think they need a bunch of cops - for example around here the park district, BART, school districts, and so on, all think they need their own cops.  There aren't enough people with the right temperament to go around an fill those positions, so they hire a bunch of mall cops.  One solution is to limit and restrict ex-military - these aren't supposed to be military positions and they shouldn't operate as if they are.

When they lose the normal, law abiding citizens, they've lost everyone.  Apparently the mayor of that shit town thinks the cops did the right thing, we'll see what a judge and jury have to say.

I'll drop this in here since you're such a notable exponent.

I'd take a chimp with a shotgun pretty seriously too. I think you ought to wait for some solid achievements in foreign policy before you start to crow about them.

Those were actually two separate thoughts:

- Trump is actually doing what he campaigned on.

- Russia, China, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, and ISIS and the rest of the terrorists certainly seem to be taking him seriously

I'll help you out since you seem unsure. If Trump can't establish a reasonable reputation for honesty then he can't do any deals. Or, if he does, he has to bribe them so much that it doesn't matter.

You do realize how ludicrous the Trump haters sound when they act as though Trump is the one who introduced lying to politics in general, and Washington DC in particular don't you?  For example, I don't recall Obama or either of the Clintons telling the truth about anything, ever - do you?  George W Bush has earned a bit of a rep for lying about a few things.  What about all the Establishment Republicans who campaign as conservatives during election years, then return to DC and are anything but?  What about all the ''progressives'' claiming to be for the poor and middle class - didn't some of them confess the reason they lost the last election is because that's no longer true?

One difference is Trump is actually doing what he campaigned on.  Russia, China, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, and ISIS and the rest of the terrorists certainly seem to be taking him seriously.  And by the way, so are our so-called NATO allies - they just pretend otherwise because they don't like what they're hearing.

I turned on CNN about an hour ago and some Congressman from Tenn (Cohen?) was talking to Wolf Blitzer, you gotta love how they come up with these names, was talking about impeaching Trump because of his pardons. Even Wolf was, somewhat, aghast and had to keep pointing out that pardons and clemency is expressly Constitutional and that every President, even Clinton and Trump, have done so (and for people with far more controversy, I will add.) This guy kept saying "I know" but in the Federalist Papers this was discussed and reasons to impeach. However he could not cite the citation and babbled a bit finally admitting that a President can pardon for whatever reason but still Congress should impeach him for it.  Apparently the guy is a lawyer by education but is very unprepared for arguments.

Well, as Shreddi pointed out, these aren't ''lies'', it's just ''politics''.

I was thinking about Trump and lies yesterday.  Between his lies, and the lies the Fake Media and D-Rats tell about him (and you perpetuate), which is a larger number?  Which are more destructive to the country?  Which are more evil vs. those which would be considered self aggrandizement?

... Hey what do you think to Trump denying he fired Comey because of Russia, in a tweet today, even though there's video footage in his interview with Lester Holt admitting that's exactly why he fired him? The dementia is setting in.  :-\

The president can fire any of the appointees who serve at his pleasure for any reason.  There were multiple reasons to fire Comey, and Trump is't any more required to list all of them every time than anyone else would be.

Every Obama holdover should have been fired.  They were all either Left-wing hacks, willing to commit felonies on behalf of him and his administration, or were sell out Republicans - like Comey - willing to do anything to stay in power.  By the way, that's your answer on Muller too, he wasn't ''respected by everyone'', he was just another sellout.
