IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
January 13, 2016
Mr. Yoho (for himself, Mr. Weber of Texas, and Mr. Rigell) submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary

RESOLUTION
Condemning and censuring President Barack Obama.

Whereas upon entering the execution of the Office of President of the United States, President Barack Obama affirmed his constitutional oath as follows: “I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States”;

Whereas President Barack Obama has failed to faithfully execute the Office of the President of the United States and has failed to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States;

Whereas President Barack Obama has failed to fulfill his duty in article II, section 2 of the Constitution of the United States that he “shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States”;

Whereas President Obama has willfully failed to follow the counsel and expert advice provided by United States military and intelligence advisors by prematurely withdrawing troops from Iraq, thus leading to further destabilization of the Middle East and increased threats to national and global security;

Whereas President Barack Obama has failed to fulfill his duty in article II, section 3 of the Constitution of the United States that he “shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed”;

Whereas President Barack Obama has failed to ensure a strong national defense beginning on January 20, 2009, through the present, thus endangering the national security of the United States and its citizens both home and abroad;

Whereas the foreign policy of President Barack Obama has led to increased global instability, jeopardizing national securities;

Whereas the dereliction of duty and miscalculations of President Barack Obama have allowed the combined terrorist organizations of the world to control more land, and increase membership, armament, and resources more than during any other time in history;

Whereas President Barack Obama has failed to instruct the Department of Justice to take action to end the practices of certain State and local governments that refuse to abide by standing immigration laws;

Whereas President Barack Obama has failed to reinforce sanctions on Iran following Iran’s ballistic missile tests on November 21, 2015, and October 10, 2015;

Whereas Iran’s launching of the missiles is in direct violation of United Nations Security Council Resolution 1929 (2010) and United Nations Security Council Resolution 2231 (2015), thus violating the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), and President Barack Obama failed to take action against Iran to address these violations;

Whereas President Barack Obama released high-ranking detainees from the detention facility at United States Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, without providing advanced notice to Congress, which is required by law;

Whereas not only was such release in defiance of standing law, there is a high rate of recidivism amongst released detainees who have actively engaged in conflict against members of the Armed Forces of the United States and which continues to threaten national security;

Whereas President Barack Obama led the push within the United Nations for the establishment of a no-fly zone within Libya, while lacking a complete strategy, established a hostile environment for United States diplomatic and military personnel; and

Whereas President Barack Obama has failed to eliminate deficiencies within the Department of Homeland Security’s vetting process of Syrian refugees, which threatens national security: Now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That the House of Representativesâ€"

(1) does hereby censure and condemn President Barack Obama for having willfully disregarded the President’s constitutional responsibilities as Commander in Chief of the United States through his continued failed lack of foreign affairs strategy, failure to follow the advice of military and intelligence advisors, and failed national security policy; and

(2) does hereby put President Barack Obama on notice and strongly urges the President to reverse course and begin fulfilling his constitutional responsibilities.

CAIRO (AP) -- "From Cairo...it's Saturday Night!"

An Arabic version of Saturday Night Live is airing across the Arab world for the first time this weekend, offering a Middle Eastern twist on the hit U.S. comedy show.

In a newly renovated theatre in the Egyptian capital, the live audience laughed their way through the shooting of the first episode on Tuesday. The host was Donia Samir Ghanem, one of Egypt's top female comedians, who cracked jokes at her own expense, and sent up stereotypes of different Arabic countries. All the elements of SNL were there: a celebrity guest, music performances, live sketches, videos and parody news - but when it comes to politics, they're playing it safe.

I know this is a stretch, but it is a logical stretch.  I hope our tech wizards can check this out.  Something very untoward is going on and it's worth calling a truce to find out what it is.  Please, calm down and gather your senses.  This is just not normal.

A vicious squirrel is on the prowl in Novato.

What’s been reported as a gray fox squirrel has jumped from trees and scampered into classrooms and garages to attack a total of eight people in northwest Novato in past weeks, and the Marin Humane Society is on the hunt to find the perpetrator before more attacks ensue.

“The fact is, we want people to stay calm,” said Lisa Bloch, Marin Humane Society spokeswoman. “It’s probably just one squirrel and a really unique situation.”

The biting and scratching attacks began three weeks ago when a squirrel reportedly leapt from a tree and onto a man’s head as he did yard work on Nov. 13. He was treated at Novato Community Hospital for his injuries. In another attack five days later, a squirrel entered a classroom at Pleasant Valley Elementary School on Sutro Avenue and attacked a student. As a teacher attempted to flee from the room, she too was attacked, according to the humane society officials.

Because the attacks have all taken place between Sutro Avenue and Vineyard Road, a single squirrel â€" likely hand-raised, and conditioned to feel comfortable around humans â€" is believed to be responsible. Clearly, Zeebo's MO.

“This is one of those stories that’s hard for us to hear,” said Alison Hermance, director of communications at WildCare in San Rafael. “It’s a situation the squirrel has no doubt been fed by people and has been encouraged to get close to people. When he doesn’t get what he wants â€" he attacks.”

Richard Williams, 78, had the most recently reported entanglement with the squirrel. On the day after Thanksgiving, Williams said he was working on small tasks around his garage, off of Vineyard Road, when he looked up to see a gray squirrel scampering towards him.

“He jumped me three or four different times,” Williams said Wednesday. “I got him off my shoulder the first time. He was clinging pretty hard. When I got him off, my hand and arm were torn up. When I got him off, he’d get back on.”

Williams said his wife, Norma Williams, alarmed by his screams, ran out into the garage with a broom. The squirrel then began to attack her, he said.

Williams managed to grab the squirrel by its tail and threw it to the ground. The squirrel, dazed and in a stupor, then ran off, he said.

Williams said his right arm, hand and leg were injured in the incident, along with his lip and head. His glasses were also broken during the scuffle.

“It was just a mad scramble. I was up and down on the garage floor. It was quite an experience,” he said.

Williams’ wife was more fortunate. She was wearing a jacket during the incident and was only scratched on her shoulders, he said. The couple received both vaccines for tetanus and rabies at Novato Community Hospital.

According to the humane society, rabies in squirrels is rare, but all victims have received anti-rabies treatment as a precaution.

Wyoming Man Found with 30 Eyeballs in His Anal Cavity.
Police made a routine traffic stop early Thursday morning and got more than they bargained for when Roy Tilbott, 51, stepped out of his El Camino for a field sobriety test and Casper police noticed several eyeballs slide from his right pant leg onto the road.

Feeling they could have a potential murderer on their hands, police quickly drew guns and cuffed Tilbott.

Tilbott assured police the eyeballs were not human, but instead cow eyeballs he had pilfered from Johnson Meats (a slaughterhouse) where Tilbott is employed as a butcher.
