Before Fukushima, Tokyo Electric Power had a nuclear crisis in another part of Japan. They fixed cracks in the housing unit with duct tape.
Don't laugh. Worked for Apollo 13.

This mcafee interview (I'm playing catch up), is AMAZING.
he hired a double to be arrested in Mexico, he faked a heart attack. Just genius.

Shit is going to catch up to the guy in a bad way, and he will punch his own ticket.

Just my prediction.

When I view how odd Japanese pop culture has become, I often wonder if we nuked them too much, or maybe not enough.

I think the answer clearly was, not enough.
Having lived there, and discussed this with a few separate friends of mine, they said the nuking while a HUGE event to their society, actually they are taught in school to never again be enemies with America, and that it was the idealistic few within their own government that manipulated the "people" into going to war against American.

Knowing how the Japanese are a cultural collective, I do not disagree.

As a single people, they are the most capable out of all on the planet as they will deny their individuality to serve the group.

Geez, Dan, it was from an old SNL skit about The China Syndrome!  See, there's an ambiguity about the water...too much, too little?

He was great on coast.

I didn't hear it, but I can extrapolate it went something like this ...

McAfee: <great stuff>
Noorie:  It sure is.
McAfee: <great stuff>
Noorie:  That's true too.
McAfee: <great stuff>
Noorie: <garbled>

He would also be subject to asset seizure and a monster media trial.

Nobody benefits from covering for him, unless he has dirt on other rich white guys pushing drug cocktails further up belizian girls' colons with their wieners....

coaster

I actually wouldnt mind a full show with Mcafee. I thought he was going to be a tool, but it was actually pretty interesting.

Just wondering, out of curiosity, how would one pursue this particular lifestyle option?

DanTSX

Oh yeah, McAffee got rich by inventing a virus that only his program would protect against.  Anyone remember the michalengelo virus?

Anyways, enough about him.

When is this Fukushima guy going to drop the bomb about the covert Japanese nuclear weapons program?

Derpspiracy

This guest sounds like he's as high as...well, John McAfee.
