I could really do without that piece of foo foo bumper music.  Totally does not fit with the program or other bumper music.

nice to hear art adding terrestrial stations.

While I don't care if it happens. It would be great to watch Art overtake the other show single handedly. Mostly, I'm content just to have him back...

Claudius

Seriously though... Couldn't you just show the guy pictures from space.... Wait let me guess those are fake in order to perpetuate the conspiracy of an oblique spheroid Earth

Orinoco Flow again :-\ Art, play a new Enya song tomorrow

castromiller

I thought for sure this John guy would leave after he heard the good doctor's resume.

There are many who believe  this nonsense.
It's worth a read if you want a LOL

When I first heard of the Flat Earth Society I thought they were being facetious.

I thought they were just a bunch of normal, intelligent people who picked a random dumb thing to pretend to believe in just so they could form a club and hang around drinking and smoking and chatting, etc.

Apparently, I was wrong.  There really are people this dumb.

I wonder, is Jay Weidner a Flat Earther?

Yes! I sighed in a small bit of relief at that. Hopefully more to come.

I wish Art wasn't held to any time constraints. If the show is running good, couldn't he just push Hoagie back a bit? I'm sure Hoagie wouldn't mind. Hell, he might not even notice.

3 hours is fine, keeps the show fresh

so yes..The Chase was used by a wrestling team..named...Midnight Express lol
One of the Stu Hart's grand kids (from his daughter) used it as his theme in Ring of Honor as well. Yes, Midnight Express did too in WCW.

Ok, I'm ready now to be impressed.

...in how convoluted the flat-earther came up with with that bright idea?

A Watt short of a cell phone charger...

A ship that sails away around the world?  I'd say that's pretty topical.

Rhonda Rousey opening statement.

Let's go home, folks.

Might join just to post pictures of a round earth. It will drive them nuts.

John thinks they're terrestrial stations on a flat Earth.

Lots of Aristotelian talk going on here, lots of certainty from the scientist.

boxman

Dont even need to be in space to see evidence of it being round... Even when looking out at sea you can see ships vanishing when they get further out because the earth curves and then you have the motion of the stars/planets in the sky.

And its just as stupid of an answer as I joked about.

chefist

Hopefully Stanton Friedman doesn't think the Earth is flat after tonight...

Followed by, "Is the sky REALLY blue?"

Though one thing I found out that was interesting and that I didn't know... the sun isn't yellow. It only looks yellow from earth. In space it is white.

ChandlersDad

Probably no one will miss me (sniff) but I won't be tuning into this particular program. I just can't psyche myself up to listen to someone so stupid that they believe that the Earth is flat. While I love eccentric folks on Art's show, this is beyond eccentric. This is just plain old fashioned stupid beyond belief. See you tomorrow night, gang.
