Politics / Re: President Donald J. Trump

The US Constitution is clear on which powers are granted to each branch of government.  The Court is to determine the Constitutionality of laws, and actions taken by the Congress and by the president when they don't agree.

The Court was never meant to be the final authority, to decide what ''the right thing to do'' is in their collective opinion on various social and legal issues.  Regarding social issues, the 9th and 10th Amendments state there are additional Rights not listed in the first Eight Amendments, and that it's up to the various state legislatures to determine what those are for their citizens.

The president is in charge of national security.  That is his main job.  He is the one who gets daily briefings from the experts to review and decide on any action to take.  The various judges aren't privy to those briefings, and thus aren't competent or entitled to rule on security issues, period.

The Court has no role in finding new rights.  It has no role in national security.  It has no role in powers delegated to the Congress, and no role in powers delegated to the president.

And yet when someone files suit regarding these areas, the Courts take it upon themselves to rule on them, instead of the correct thing - which is to decline the case.  Somehow the Court has usurped power it was never meant to have for itself, and in doing so has taken it from the citizens as individuals - who exercise our power by electing representatives beholden to us to enact and enforce those laws.

We've become subjected to unelected lawyers, who have lifetime appointments.  It's a shame that the Congressional Republicans are cowardly and incompetent, and are sitting on their hands during a period when the people of this country have given them control of all three branches - with orders to fix the things that are off track in this country, including an out of control judiciary.  It's why Trump's ratings are so high, despite the filth invented by the Ds and Media - the people of this country understand he's trying, even if no one else in DC is.

LOL.  I remember him saying that.  Of course one would expect that from a corrupt lawyer.

How is it we have a better understanding of the US Constitution than these phony judges and moron ''attorneys''?

Paul the leftard writes another false script...

How many times did he smugly assure us the travel ban was ''Unconstitutional''?  Because the fake judges they went shopping for in Hawaii, Seattle, and elsewhere said so.

Their decisions were based on their own personal preferences.  They didn't bother citing any law.  Same as the losing side today.  These judges ought to be removed as unfit.

George Noory knows how bad he is.  He has to, it's been broken down and explained, repeatedly, with endless examples and in excruciating detail - most of which he's read.

The question is whether Heater fully grasps how truly awful she is as a host.

Starfire Tor.  The Starfire Tor.

When Art Bell was filling in on Coast, he could be much more selective with topics than when he had 5 nights a week to fill.  Of all the topics and guests available, for his one or two nights a month much too often he went with this New Age crap.  This was the sort of person and topic he would choose for his monthly interview.

Starfire Tor was the last Art Bell interview I listened to on Coast, and I didn't get very far into it.  I stopped listening to him that night, disproving the idea that Art Bell reading the phone book would be riveting radio.

“This repackaging does little to cleanse [the policy] of the appearance of discrimination that the president’s words have created,” she said. “Based on the evidence in the record, a reasonable observer would conclude that the proclamation was motivated by anti-Muslim animus.””

This is actually kind of interesting. Dale Elson, who defended Heather ardently since she was shitcanned by Keith, was booted by Heather for posting the publicly accessible address of the cuckshed in the cult follower group. Apparently Heather doesn't want fans knowing where she lives, even though she's already stated it multiple times.

This has caused some division in the group, even among moderators.

It makes sense the people who still believe there was a stalker, would believe Heater is some sort of extension of Art Bell.

No, Donny John, you trigger crackers.

He triggers the Libs, the Ds, the fake news media, Hollywood, academia, and the rest.  Look around you.  Read.  Listen.  Talk to your moron friends.  It's pretty hard to miss.  The whole bubble is triggered.

We even have some of the less intelligent House members, among others,  triggered and calling on their fascist Left wing thug groups to attack people in public.  Since the Fake News Media is onboard and assisting, no doubt you notice nothing wrong with it.

When he's talking about Noory not making the hall of fame, we learn he doesn't like Dr Laura.

There's a big surprise, since she doesn't cut fat lazy schmucks who live off the rest of society much slack.

Yes, Keith didn't actually do anything, just a useless middleman that Art liked for some reason.

It was very wise for Heater to quit and hitch her star to the fat fake psychic.  All that subscription money was hers for the taking - just unplug from Keith and plug in somewhere else.  Is the 6 month window for her to come crawling back still open?

"National Security" -  total bullshit made up by Trumpers to throw red meat at the (ever shrinking) base.
The law with respect to seeking asylum doesn't mention "fix your own problem."  Really, that old book, "The Ugly American" is all about you and your greedy, selfish, ilk.

Drop dead.  A few weeks ago you were telling us these countries weren't shitholes - now they're shitholes and these people have a right to come here to escape crime and poverty.

Actually, they don't.  And since we don't want them they have no right to be here.  Preserving our culture, our way of life, and not digging ourselves deeper into debt is neither greedy nor selfish.

All these gang members, cartel members, random thugs and criminals, even Middle East terrorists posing as Central Americans flooding in IS a national security crisis, whether you think so or not.  We elected Donald Trump to secure the border, and to make decisions on national security issues - including what constitutes national security - not you and a bunch of other phony lawyers and judges.

... the extreme leftist dominated entertainment industry is engaged in a furious effort to change the values and essential character of American society to make it more amenable to their odious and highly destructive post modernist (read warmed-over communist) agenda.  The movies and tv programming produced by “Hollywood” should not be regarded as just a continuing insult to our intelligence but as the serious attempt to destroy America from within that it most certainly is.   b]The radical left is the enemy inside our gates.[/b]

It's not even warmed over Marxism, it's the real thing.  And we certainly need to include Obama and those of his supporters who understood what was going on (meaning not the easily led morons we see posting here).

Yes, Obama was and is a Marxist.  He knew better than to proclaim it from the rooftops.  And he knew that what currently exists needs to be destroyed before Stalinism can be implemented.  Thus the unrelenting hate for this country from the Left and the attempts on all fronts to destroy it.

The people in this country need to understand that we are at war with Islam, and that we are at war with the Left.  They certainly understand they are at war with us, and our head-in-the-sand attitude won't make any of if go away.

It always seemed to me the Republicans only cared about their own well-to-do friends and family.  I very rarely vote Republican, but sometimes.  I'm a Democrat.  Scourge my evil, Doc!
Fourteen

But the Ds don't?  Look beyond simply what the Media wants you to think.  You think the Ds help poor people?  They help them stay poor, and draw more in with ''free'' stuff.  Do you think ObamaCare helped people?  It ''helped'' some, with high cost and low quality insurance, and booted just as many off plans their employers could no longer afford.  But yay for some, right?

And yes, given the chance, humans will enrich and advance themselves.  That's the whole point of having a Constitution and separation of powers - the whole point of requiring a broad consensus before drastic changes are made.  It's the whole point of specific, enumerated powers, and the whole point of having a Bill of Rights.  It's the whole point of low taxes and limited government.

The politicians, judges, etc, are supposed to be boxed in, with limited ability to interfere and intrude into our lives.  They are elected to conduct the basic business we need government to do, period.  Unfortunately the promise of free stuff is too great for most citizens, and they end of voting away their individual liberty.

These ass-wipes move to DC permanently.  Even after leaving government, they join lobby firms, law firms, or the media.

It's a bunch of corrupt oligarchs who pretend to represent various areas of the country, but actually represent themselves and their cronies.  And in the Demokkkrats, Big Government and their Party.  They return to their ''home'' states and districts to be seen and to fundraise, and that's about it.

You and your asswipe friends aren't patriots, you're mindless followers of Donald Trump. You're members of a cult.  Your leader and  his followers are wiping their asses with the Constitution.  This Independence Day is a sad day for patriots. It will be restored to a day of celebration when the current assholes infesting Washington are voted out of office and Constitutional government is restored...

Donald Trump is undoing much of the damage Berock Obama did.  And he's well within the the powers of his office in doing so, unlike the unethical, illegal abuses of power we had during the Obama regime.

Trump has done nothing to match the politization of the IRS, the Justice Department, the FBI, the CIA, and the NSA, and abuse of citizens by those departments and agencies - including spying on Trump and interfering in the election.  Trump didn't illegally interfere in the elections, Obama did.

So please get your facts straight.  I realize the Ds will always project whatever unethical and criminal behavior they are involved in on everyone else, but people have woken up to that, and the goal of muddying the waters so they get away with it in the confusion may not work out so well for them this time when this is all said and done.

We are the real Americans.  We are the political descendants of the Founders and the Framers.  Berock Obama, Hilary Clinton, their cronies, their supporters, people like Nancy Pelosi, Maxine Waters, Chuck Schumer, Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, Occupy Wall St, BLM, the fake news media, Hollywood and the rest are the enemy within.  They are the filth.  The people who hate this country, our freedoms, our rights, our ability to keep what we earn and decide for ourselves who will govern.

The filth hate that.  They know we will never choose them to permanently rule over us - and know that when we do foolishly vote for them, it's a mistake we soon rectify.  They know we won't allow them to take us back centuries - to a time of unchallenged abuse and rule from the top down.  So they try to use our laws against us politically, abuse the court system, and manipulate us emotionally with fake news.

Right now we are in the process of sticking it up their ass.  Feel free to get in line.

Curtis did implie, more donations would relate to better "content"... Without enough donations to send Curtis along with his professional broadcasting equipment and directorial skills, obviously the quality of "content" would be of a lower quality.

Did early investors assume a greater "inherit risk?"

The question is why are you two enabling this person?  Do you not think he takes enough from society?  Do you think he needs help grifting?  Is there no one else, no other cause more worthy of your efforts?

He begs for and demands the highest priced ticket.  Which you two provide.  Then he doesn't even use the features that come with the higher priced ticket.  He doesn't give a shit, because he didn't pay for it.

Look how he's treated everyone who's offered assistance, or even given him money.  Like crap.  Yet you can't wait to do more.  And you wonder why the criticism.
