Identify this guest

Hi all,

I was listening to some paranormal radio a month or so ago (not sure if it was Coast to Coast AM or anything with Art Bell in it) and a guest was speaking about how he'd designed a fusion reactor as a kid, bumped into some nazi scientist who took him to area 51 where they road a golf cart which made a weird humming sound, entered a hangar where the entire floor was an elevator, went down ~200ft to a giant underground hangar where there were no light bulbs but the air itself seemed to be luminous. He's then shown an alien fusion reactor about the size of a shipping container. he realizes that his fusion reactor operated by a similar mechanism. can't remember the rest.

anybody know who guest was?
