2013 at BellGab.com was certainly interesting.  Art announced his long-awaited return.  Jorch showed-up and further demonstrated his ineptitude with multiple posts on this very thread dedicated to his suckage.   Art called-out Jorch one epic night and then the on-going controversy between the two until Art bailed-out of Sirius and DM.  All the while, we celebrated with Art back on the air.  Unfortunately, we've all apparently been sent back to AM purgatory with things back to pretty much the way they were at the start of the year.  Noory still sucks and Art is gone.

Tonight's show actually sounds somewhat interesting.  Too bad Jorch will be bungling around again.

Future Space Technologies
Date:   12-17-13
Host:   George Noory
Guests:   William R. Forstchen
History professor William R. Forstchen will discuss the time he's spent at NASA looking at research and development of various future technologies such as space elevators, and plasma and ion drive systems, all of which will speed up space travel and change our relationship with outer space. He'll also update his work with the dangers of EMP.

Jorch has "emerging" artists do the bumper music for his first Sunday of the month show.  As bad as they are, Jorch should also try having "emerging" hosts do C2C.  Sure, they'll no doubt be bad most of the time but at least we know just how bad it can really be.

Maybe Jorch is playing Pong in the studio during C2C broadcasts.  He has to keep those skills finely tuned.

Another Noory falsehood - Pong was in the mid 70s and Noory was born in 1950.
So he wasn't playing "pong" video game as a kid - unless he meant "ping pong" on a table.  :P

Mid 70's, hmmmm.   Jorch was probably eating turkey sandwiches and playing Pong in his mom's basement.

"...MST3K marathons..."

OK, I give.  What does MST3K stand for?

Sometimes the world goes a bit berserk with the initials and anagrams, etc.    To use such shortcuts doesn't always make you cool or all knowing.  Sometimes it just means lazy.

No attempt at trying to "be cool."  If that were the case, I wouldn't be hanging out at a forum dedicated to a radio show host who quit and another one who won't.  Speaking of lazy, Google still works, too.

I believe it may have been on Me TV in the past.  I wouldn't be surprised to see it return sometime.

Hey I won $200 off one quarter yesterday on double bonus video poker â€" 4 aces and a 2. Toto's "Hold the Line" was playing.

There shall be no more bashing of Toto in my presence ever again.

Toto - Hold The Line

Hey, I like Toto, too.

When I'm flipping through my cable guide and I see "Wild Wild West" and it always turns out to be the lame movie instead of the cool tv show.

You are correct.  The TV "Wild, Wild West" was as cool as the Will Smith crapfest movie was lame.  Ross Martin made a perfect side-kick.  I was up late one Sunday night recently and since either The Nooron or Wells was polluting the airwaves, I tuned in MeTV.  Low and behold, I was watching Ross Martin in an old, rarely remembered "Mr. Lucky" episode.

Somebody should tell Hannah Moantana the tongue and Satan thing has been done before.

I forgot the dreaded Noory wasn't on last night, otherwise I would have tuned-in.  At least Knapp is on this Sunday.

MST3K.  I was a "Joel" fan but his replacement was good, too.  Certainly not a "Noory."  I remember when the Comedy Channel would do T-day MST3K marathons.  Saturdays just haven't been the same without MST3K to brighten the day.

Art posted here he would never go back to terrestrial radio, since he wants to move on to the new future, not backwards.
He considers internet streaming the "future" of radio.

And it wasn't that long ago Art was pedaling the virtues of "extraterrestrial radio" on DM.  ::)  To paraphrase a certain Pres, we didn't leave Art, Art left us.

Does anybody know the wherabouts of Jess on Nov. 22, 1963?

Is there really any doubt?

Damn Jess.

I decided to tune in to Noory last night, because sleep is hard to come by and I needed something to listen to. He started the show by talking about a child who died after being suffocated by a lamp cord. I turned it of.

I made the mistake of catching his intro story, too.  Typical ghoulish Noory.  :P

I've been waiting for several days for Jess to take care of a work order on my dysfunctional cell phone.  He's starting to make Jorch look semi-competent.  The curse of Jess is everywhere.  No wonder Art just wants to hide in the middle of the high desert. The World will not end with a whimper, it will end with Jess.

Famous pop stars and rappers from Jay-Z to Rihanna and Christina Aguilera are believed by many to be part of the infamous Illuminati secret society...

I can just picture Britney Spears as part of the Illuminati.  It's all part of the evil Disney conspiracy.

Hahaha...  ;D  That's the last song I ever thought would be associated with Jorch.

In response to the squirrel died under the bed, at least he did not put in any recipes for squirrel or road kill.

About that time traveler novel, that has been in the works for almost a decade.  I think it was entitled "Nero Blaze", A Time Traveler and it had a publication date of 2006 right after "Worker In the Light" was released.  It must be one hell of a novel to take this long to make it to publication.  Either that or it is a great collaborate masterpiece of ghostwriters and writing partners.  Mr. Noory made up the name, and blessed it with a few flakes of stache hair for good publication auras.

So was Nero the time traveler trying to escape from the dreaded Noory by traveling back in time to listen to Art in the 90's?

Well I do have to admit it would be interesting to see what bizarre avatar Mr. Peanut would use next.

Noory announced tonight on the air that his next "Beyond Belief"  videocast guests are none other than Santa and Mrs. Claus!
Now Noory is doing kid's TV shows apparently... :P

Sounds like it.  He's been doing a radio show for kids for awhile now, so why not.

George Noory Presents: The Mystery of the Missing Sandwich from the Radio Station Lunchroom

(I won't spoil the ending.)

;D  I'm still laughing over just the thought of Noory supposedly having a novel.  Nothing ill meant towards you, nbirnes.

We weren't fired for the cookbook, but for the novel that was coming out after that.

A novel?  For Noory?  Can you tell us more?

That stuff (and their Bacon Salt- which is vegan, lol) is great!

RCH's hair is probably much crunchier than bacon, and more flammable.

I once wrote a book called Cheaper and Better. This was before the internet and when the web started, well ... people posted recipes when they wanted to. Dandelion seeds everywhere. So I felt comfortable putting as many recipes into it from C&B and also Zapcraft, another earlier book I wrote.

Those recipes were time-holders, merely. I assumed the publisher or ahem, the "writer", would object and I would switch them out with better stuff from the present, rather than the old days. I was buying time with them because I was working on a novel under very strict deadline pressure.

Thanks so much for asking! I should never assume. Ah, well.

Classic.  Time-holders that would eventually be switched out with better stuff?  Sounds like the current host of C2C.  ;D

Hmmm...bacon!  I'll bet that giant parrot would love an RLT samwich.  Richard C, with lettuce, tomato, and Baconnaise.  ;)

Oddly there is not one promo or photo for C2C at Sirius XM's fb page.  In fact there are still two photos advertising Art Bell's DM in their album.  Do they even realize he is gone, lol?

Hahaha...probably not.  Snoory, Art, all the same to Sirius.  Does most of PremRat even know Dave....errr, I mean George Noory is the C2C host?  Just as long as the Carnivora ads keep running, who cares.

I was thinking myself, maybe during the Martian cold season the giant parrot flits over to RCH's big glass dome on the moon.  You know it's possible, if you'll just be intellectually honest about it.

Makes sense to me.  ;D   Next up, RCH with photo shots showing giant parrot droppings on Mars.

WARNING: BULLSHIT ON THE RADIO IS CLOSER THAN IT APPEARS

... Just wait for tonight when the certifiably insane George Haas tells us all over again that there's a giant parrot on Mars.

The image of a giant parrot chasing RCH around the supposed "Face on Mars" just came to mind.  "The data...look at the data!  It's all about the data!"

SiriusXM CEO Jim Meyer said last week, "We're not interested in customers who don't want to pay"...

After bringing back C2C, they don't seem all that interested in customers who would pay.
