Fake accounts were created with the help of an employee. Because they appeared to be legitimate accounts, the customer service ladies had no reason to think these were prank calls. Apparently the real calls they'd get weren't too far from these anyway.

I can't access these either, b, using IE 9.  Most everyone agrees IE 10 is a downgrade from IE 9 and I'm not goin' there.  As you said last night, I could download Chrome (hate!) or Firefox, though I haven't found it necessary before.  Will check it out with the Kindle Fire later and let you know if that works.  Weird, but sometimes amazon's bastard Silk browser works on sites where IE doesn't.

I upgraded to 9, not even that long ago.
I wasn't even aware until recently of Explorer 10. I turned off auto-updates so I guess that's why I'm still on this one.

They say if it ain't broke, dont fix it. I stick to that logic.

I don't get it - doesn't seem to be rocket science - the calls are on the right side of the screen, and easily listened to both in Firefox 23 and IE 10 by simply clicking the play button.

I assumed nothing. It shows up fine on my Nexus mobile device using Google Chrome and Android Jelly Bean 4.4.2. I don't have a camera nearby for a screenshot as proof, but I just clicked the menu in Chrome and selected Request desktop site and the site shows up fine.
