Due to an unusual set of circumstances for which there was no administrative procedure, I have two years worth of service in the US Navy, an Honorable Discharge, and the ability to claim benefits and status as a veteran.

I have declined to dishonor that stature by availing of any benefit from this situation. 

Point being, I don't give props to someone who is a veteran until I hear about the details of his service.  No disrespect to Groyper or anyone else.  Just that I honor men and women who served their country, not people who are "veterans."

Just sayin'.  You can all return to ogling the gifs elsewhere on this site of blondes engaging in bestiality now.

I didn't explain it correctly.  I signed up, showed up for a physical, and that's all.  I never did a lick of work, training, or anything at all that benefited the Navy or our country.  And yet I could claim that status and avail of benefits due to a mistake.  There's nothing that I did worth thanking or honoring, ma'am.
