Unfortunately the judges in the 9th Circuit Court Of Appeals have taken it into their heads that they wield more power than the President.  So another issue to be resolved by the Supreme Court, which is fine, however I just read today that Chief Justice Roberts (who I have never fully trusted) got pissed at Trump for blaming a poor judgement on an 'Obama judge.'  Roberts stated that there were no Obama - Trump judges, that they were all fair minded judges. He said that, ""An independent judiciary is something we should all be thankful for."
