Likely never. But it could be people are waking up. But they have such a large 5th column already living there and political correctness and "hate" laws that it is more likely that rape will just be accepted as a "cultural difference" and they will start be forced to sequester or cloister their women as they do in Muslim lands.

They feel bad,  because they were colonialists.  Just like in the US they feel bad and guilty,  because they were black slave owners.  (Fuck the white slaves - neeveerr happened).  Plus they have a white privilage: read (affirmative action).
