You should have asked him permission, at least before posting it on this forum.   It's not like he's very hard to get a hold of.  He might let you do it anyway.   I think the shirt is cool, btw.

100% agree.  The forum was definitely more interesting with him in it, regardless of how he thinks I treated him.    If the email no longer exists, he just needs to make a new one with the same name.  I've had that happen to email addresses on other platforms.   If that's not possible he needs to contact yahoo support, they will help him out.  A friend of mine just got locked out of his yahoo account a week ago because he logged into it from too many countries within a short amount of time, yahoo definitely helped him.

Actually its not copyright infringement. Look it up. Unless "east of the rockies or west of the rockies" is copyrighted or trademarked.  And in that case im sure every host must be getting sued every time they say it.
I did art work and changed the picture by a certain percentage to make a logo so thats not an issue either. If i am breaking any law then please send me a link to where i can learn how to do it right.

If you're too lazy to read, he was going to lose so he settled out of court.  So my guess is anything he does with the image, he cuts a check to the AP or the original photographer.

If someone's selling CD's of coast property, I would not be surprised or upset if they went after them.   Most people around here will download the old shows for personal use, but I haven't seen anyone selling them.  If they were selling them, then I'd say that's wrong.   Don't forget you can just subscribe to C2C insider and download them all anyway, and I'm willing to be there are a good number of us who have had a insider subscription at one point or another (myself included).   

Regardless, like I said, I think the shirt is pretty cool.  I think Art would probably like it too, but what do I know, maybe he would think it was shit.   I just think, because Art is more like a regular joe than the rest of the commercialized "stars" out there, that he deserves an opportunity to approve of it before you go off selling it.   I'd be really surprised if he cared if you just made it to wear yourself.
